Troy was our server on 2/26, the facility was clean and drink cooler well stocked! We got a BBQ sauce pizza with pineapple and bacon, a cheese pizza, and pepperoni pizza as part of the big dinner box with 3 pizzas. Great idea btw, this fed two adults for about 2-3 meals. All the pizza was perfect. Not a thing wrong on the custom order, sauce to topping ratio was phenomenal as well.
What stood out to me was Troy opened and had us check the pizza before leaving. This isn’t a habit of mine which has gotten me before so while the order was spot on, I still appreciate how thorough he was. Great spot and great staff!

Worst location in the continental United States. What kind of establishment that serves pizza stops taking orders at 6pm? Saw that Pizza Hut isn’t doing so hot right now and I had to come here because just bringing up Pizza Hut reminded me of how bad this particular location is. Save your time, money, and yourself from a headache, and eat anywhere but here at pizza hut in fuquay. You’d be better off at sheetz. Or your baby mommas step daddy’s backyard cookout than eating here, and that’s if they’re even open for operation during normal business hours and willing to take your order. Unlike the dough it’s a toss up whether they’ll be able to make a pizza or not. Can’t make this stuff up. Online order portal will be shut off at 5:30pm and if you try and call one in they will either A) not answer at all. OR B) answer and say they’re closed.

Do not order for delivery. Last night 2 deliveries were about 45min late from the initial email time, and cold. When I called the store they could have cared less, no apology. Previously few months ago same thing, and when we tracked the driver on the app, she paused for about 20min. When she finally showed up with cold pizza whe was glassy eyed and reeked of weed. Never again.

Ordered 3 toppings large hand tossed pizza pepperoni, hamburger, and mushrooms. Pizza had an off taste like it’s old or stale (like an attic smells smh) it must be from the box not sure , no wrapping or liner under the pizza just sitting directly on cardboard with it half melted on it sticking to it. It made me gag It didn’t have much sauce on it either . It was a waste of $13 . I do know the cardboard boxes they use are not very sanitary to put food directly on it . They no longer use fresh dough and now use frozen dough from what I just read . I would have been better eating a Mayo sandwich. I have not had Pizza Hut in a long time and will make sure I will make it longer before I ever go back

I placed an order for a large pizza with any toppings for $12.99 with curbside pickup, but no one arrived to deliver it. When I walked inside to pick it up, I was disappointed to see that the pizza wasn’t as nice as it would have been at the usual price. However, all in all, it was fairly edible, which satisfied my hunger. But I won’t be buying this store’s discounted pizza.

Ordered take out pizza today from Pizza Hut. Service was good. The guy that took our order explained everything clearly and helped me order what I wanted for the cheapest prices. The place was clean and the food was delicious. We had pizza, bread sticks, chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. We really enjoyed our dinner.

The pizza is just average pizza hut pizza nothing great .I have had multiple deliveries messed up . I order usually twice a week . I ordered online and waited an hour and twenty minutes, nothing . No call , no pizza , no online updates after my pizza was in the oven . I called and was told no driver so they never cooked it , they will have to refund my money . I swear their only saving grace is the staff has always been polite to me.

Unfortunately, I was received rudely by Jazmine when inquiring about extra sauce. The attitude was uncalled for, cold and ridiculous as I only needed sauce (which I initially paid for and simply was ordering more) As an expectant mother I did not have expect to give this much energy to a quick lunch break.
