Some of the best Thai in the Somerville area. The restaurant was very decently sized, with a welcoming interior. There was a wait list when we got there, and the initial approach of the host and the owner was not very welcoming—however, the food and the ambiance of the place made up for all of it. There is a special menu and the regular menu with several vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Most came with a veg or nonveg option. No dedicated kids’ meal, so comes prepared. Food came out decently timed even though they all didn’t come together. It is BYOB, and they offer basic tea and coffee drinks, including the yummy Thai iced tea

Kuay Tiew Noodles & More was a pleasant surprise. Easily one of the top 5 Thai food restaurants I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot over the years. Excellent fresh ingredients served with a touch of flair. The service was excellent with all the friendly staff providing “service with a smile.” We’ll definitely be back sooner than later and will bring the whole family next time!

Started with the kaew tod fried wontonwhich were phenomenal. Wish we took an order to go. The Thai iced tea are pre batch & excellent, I hope they never change the way they make it. Papaya salad was perfectly balanced & refreshing. As a main dish I had the moo daeng moo krob bbq pork, so nice that it was two different cuts. My husband has the pad see ew with beef with Thai red chilis which he loved. By the presentation of the dishes you can tell that lots of love went into making each dish.

Walked in for dinner for the first time. The location has limited indoor seats but additional seating ourdoors. We waited about 5 minutes for a table. The hostess was very nice and gave us menus to look at in advanced. The decor was amazing! We got the panang curry and drunken noodles and ate every bite. We will be back soon!

Food was great. Needed a reservation and their timing was perfect. I don’t remember the names of the dishes in the photos but all was great. The dumplings were clearly house made and fantastic. We had to request chili oil on the side. They dishes could have been a bit spicier. Soup was on point. When I go back I’ll likely order more small plates and order them spicy. Our server didn’t speak great English which would normally be okay but she wasn’t able to tell us what the most popular dishes are. If we had and questions about what to order, she would only point to the specials. I will definitely go back.

Absolutely delicious! Best Thai food in the area. The red curry was creamy and delicious and full of flavor. The drunken noodles were perfectly seasoned and just the right texture. The mango sticky rice dessert was AMAZING, star of the show. Can’t recommend enough! Will definitely be coming back. Beautiful inside too!

The food was good and the servers were incredibly nice, but the prices are way too high for the amount and taste. The fried egg rolls were $12 for only 4 egg rolls. They weren’t even very large. While bthe noodles and the ribs tasted nice, the portions didn’t justify the price. The interior of the restaurant was also smelly when we went, but luckily the weather was nice and they have outdoor tables.

Went for Saturday dinner, got seated immediately. We got fried calamari for app (pretty standard stuff-peanut dipping sauce tasted great) and got khao Soi with shrimp (the curry soup tasted amazingly flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly but just four pieces of shrimp) and pad see ew with squid (not as sweet as normally which made the rich flavor of the dish really come out). Overall great experience with excellent customer service

We’ve been here twice now, once for lunch and most recently for dinner and both times have been a 5 out of 5 experience. For dinner the other night, we ordered the Pad Kee Maow (noodles), Khao Pad (fried rice), Kuay Tiew Moo (Pork Ramen equivalent) and the Kuay Tiew Roti with condensed milk for dessert, and I’ve never wished for a second stomach more than this night. Everything was so fresh, flavorful and delicious that I wanted to finish each dish, feelings of satiety be damned! This is a small, family run business, and you can absolutely tell that they all do their best to provide friendly and helpful service with a smile and they take incredible pride in their restaurant. If you love Thai food, this place is for you. If you’ve never tried Thai food, then this is the place to go to for your first time!

We made reservations, because we heard it gets very busy. And when we walked in at 7, it definitely was. They were a full house and pumping out delivery and take out! Our service was quick and everyone was kind. We ordered pork buns, dumplings and I had Kuay Tiew Gai. Basically chicken noodle soup style with cilantro and scallions. Everything was fresh and tasty. It was enough for two people! We enjoyed the atmosphere as well and the bonus is BYOB…we will definitely be back!
