From humble beginnings on Oahu, we have grown internationally with locations in Japan, London and Taipei. The story of our burgers started in 1975, in the small historic Haleiwa town, a place world renowned for its surf and beautiful country background where our famous burgers are cooked to order and our extensive menu offers tasty sandwiches, homemade French fries, salads, drinks and more.

The food here is decent, especially if you enjoy meat or ahi dishes. However, there aren’t many meatless or gluten-free options. I ordered the eggplant and peppers sandwich while it was tasty, it didn’t feel worth the $13 price tag. The clerk mentioned that the increase from about $8.50 to $13 was due to inflation, which is understandable, but still makes the value feel a bit stretched.

The avocado and the pineapple burger were both very good with lots of flavor and hefty servings. The fries were very good as well. Would recommend visiting if you are in the area. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the outside seating was full of flies and a little bit dirty with the other option being inside and it was simply too cold and crowded. Overall a great place.

What a perfect burger! Definitely go for the 1/2 pound patty. We tried both the pineapple burger and the cheeseburger – both were fantastic! The pineapple burger was the standout, hitting the sweet, greasy and salty spot all at once. Nothing beats a mouthful of a juicy burger. This place is a must-visit!

The day before yesterday, I ordered food at 14:12 on February 16, but I didn’t receive the french fries due to the power outage. They said they would refund it when the electricity came on, but it was not refunded today, two days later. Please refund the frying cost.

I originally asked for a refund just for the fries, but the owner went above and beyond by refunding my entire order due to the power outage. I’m truly impressed by their professional and generous response. The food was already great, but this level of customer service makes me a loyal customer. Highly recommend!”

Great options – love their Fries and got the grilled eggplant sandwich. Friends got burgers and loved them. Everything made fresh so there is a bit of a wait at lunch time.
