This was my first time here, and I ordered a breakfast burrito for takeout. It was large, and seemed like a pretty good deal for the price. Now, hear me say that when I buy a breakfast burrito, I’m not looking for health food. However, as I got to the bottom of the burrito where all the chorizo was, I noticed that there was grease just absolutely pooling there. Yes, sausage is fatty. But my friends, you need to drain it. I started trying to sop up the grease with a napkin, and ended up with this totally transparent nightmare. The tortilla at the bottom was soggy because it was completely soaked through with grease. That’s not sauce in the pictures; it’s pure chorizo grease. The burrito would’ve been great, but guys, I’m not looking for enough grease to land me in the hospital next door with a heart attack.

The tacos are delicious! My only complaint is that they are huge, so I couldn’t try all of the different flavors that I wanted. The green chili pork is delicious, but my favorite would probably be the Republican (who knew that I would like something named after Republicans?!?) if you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by.

Stayed close by on business travel and decided to try this place out. I ordered online to go and it was ready before the estimated time said so (more on this later).
I ordered the damn good fajitas with chicken and steak, an order of guac and chips, a side of pico, and churros.
The chicken and the steak were juicy and tasty, and all the fixings were fantastic. It’s a shame you only get three tortillas, but it’s still good to eat all the leftovers without the tortillas once you run out.
The avocado sauce is tangy and creamy and ultimately super delicious. The side of guacamole and chips are a large portion. The pico is very refreshing.
I originally wasn’t given my churro order, perhaps that’s why they were done too quickly and I had to call to let them know. They apologized and were to refund my the churros and let me go back for a fresh batch. Too early on the refund since it happened tonight but the churros were also flaky, hot, and delicious. It pairs very well with the dulce de leche dipping sauce.
I don’t think I’ve since this place on the south east side of the States, but I’m glad I stopped by today while in Colorado.

The food tasted so good and the service was friendly and prompt. There was a lot of great options, but I suggest the pork tacos or the Republican taco!
There are plenty of adult beverages to choose from although we didn’t have any and the atmosphere is a lot of fun!

We have been to this place a couple of times and it was amazing. Then someone decided to take away the republican taco which had the jalapeno sausage!! That was the best!! The green chile queso is awesome too.
The last time we went we ordered some shrimp taco that was featured and we weren’t a fan. I don’t think we will be returning here soon unless they bring back the sausage!

We come here all the time and love their food, however I specifically asked for the Churros to not be over done for this order on 04/20/2025 as the last few times we’ve had churros, they have been overdone, hard and inedible. We received overdone, hard and inedible churros again… we’re very disappointed as we were unable to eat them.

The food was good and that wasn’t the problem with a 3 star but this place was extremely dirty. Every table had crumbs or trash on it, cashiers should learn to wipe down while waiting on customers to walk in. I had to ask for a tag to wipe my own table down before the cashier wiped it down otherwise I would’ve had to eat on a dirty table like others who came in after me did. Cleanliness is apart of business I wished they realized this.

Ordered the democrat and the steak fajitas tacos and the green chile queso. Pretty good for a fast casual restaurant and a ton of food for the price! Really liked the democrat and how tender the meat was. The queso is my favorite with the spiciness and a little bit of guac mixed in. The service was extremely slow though. The cashier was helping another person find their order but didn’t ask for coverage and the other cashier didn’t bother taking our order even after waving at her to take ours. The check out process took over 10 minutes (to me, for a fast casual place, is a little long). To receive our food, it took a normal amount of time. Will try this place again by ordering online.
