Looking at this I don’t expect any kind of reply or even this being read. The place is a mess. At 6pm they have NO tea, plain or sweet. There is a ten minute wait for my very lame burgers. These are supposed to be bacon cheese burgers. The bacon is burnt crumbs like rocks.

I placed a mobile pickup order that was to be ready at 10pm. I arrived at 9:58pm on the drive thru and was immediately told to pull around to the front door. I ended up leaving at 10:43pm as I never received my order and watched 19 cars enter and leave drive thru with their orders.
This was not only poor customer service, but unacceptable to be standing outside for over 30 minutes. I don’t expect anything to come from this, as I’m told it’s the norm…Have to do better!

When I pulled to the speaker I was told that they couldn’t take any orders just through online or the app. I pulled over to order in the app and before I was done someone else had pulled to the speaker and ordered. ♀️ The food didn’t take long to prepare but customer service could be improved.

I love Krystal. We don’t have a Krystal where we live. So when we found this one I was so happy. The cashier was friendly and informed us that they can only except cash. No problem. The food was so fresh and delicious. I wish I could of taken extra food home with us. It we had a 9 hour drive ahead of us.

I decided to indulge after work. Sheriff car behind me while getting my order. Tired from shift. Waiting on order with two cars ahead. I googled this Krystal’s and it said 24 hours. The food is very fresh and hot. The donut balls taste like Krispy creme. I recommend this place. Be careful in the parking area, it needs resurfacing.

If I could go lower, I would! Ordered online and picked up my order around 820pm. The female workers there were EXTREMELY rude. There’s no reason to talk to people like she did us. I don’t care if she had a bad day or not. We all do. Get over yourself. Then not only was she extremely rude, they didn’t even have my entire order. Before I could ask about a substitute since I had already paid online, she shoved the bag of food at me And shut the window in my face. I will be calling about her to her district manager. Horrible place!
