I have a fairly strong pre disposition to liking this place: many years ago on a hot summer day, my wife and I had our first Berthillion sorbet here, and it was magical. At the time Iile St Louis was mostly art galleries, but give the prime location of this little island, the inevitability of tourism now dominates. As such, Le Flore en l’Ile does a fantastic job as a restaurant whose clientele are mostly tourists. On both our visits this past week, the staff were – warm, polite and quintessentially French in the best possible way. The food varied from very good to good – steak au poivre, confit de canard and the carpaccio stood out, as did all of the desserts with Berthillion Glace!

Lovely place for a quick snack or a more substantial dinner; the menu is mostly French with some concessions to tourists. Everything we ate was tasty, so we enjoyed a nice evening with foie gras, cheese and wine. Special recommendation for their freshly backed bread rolls – they go very well with aforementioned staples. Bonus points for friendly personal, who made us feel welcome. As for prices, well, it’s Paris city center, so buckle up.

A lovely restaurant just a short walk from Notre Dame Cathedral. The atmosphere was charming and beautifully decorated. The food was delicious, and the service really stood out—Alex was especially attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

stop – don’t go any further. At restaurant Le Floure en L’lle you get the best ice cream in the world. In addition, the restaurant has excellent, well-prepared food. This place is at the top of my list of favorite places to eat in Paris. On the nearby bridge, there is often nice live music. This is the prototype of Paris. Love IT.
When we visited this time we had a light lunch consisting of goat cheese salad and an omelet. Wow, this was wonderful – fresh, delicious and inviting. We got super good, friendly service – and on the sunny spring day the atmosphere was great.

Probably one of the most relaxing spots in all of Paris. there is live music on the bridge, a breeze, lovers kissing in the twilight, sitting under the trees in front of Notre Dame
Tonight we just had dessert here. It was amazing. Highly recommend it.
This is known as one of the first ice cream creamery in all of France. A wonderful vibe here relaxing, and truly the essence of Paris can be seen.
Definitely a stop on your trip

I was a little worried taking 14 of us for dinner as some of the reviews mentioned bad attitudes, this was not out experience – we couldn’t fault the service provided mainly by Hugo – he was fantastic – and others and the way they handled adding another two diners to our party happened quickly and without fuss. Everyone enjoyed their food, service on the drinks was fast and we all left very happy – I would definitely return on my next trip to Paris.

The chocolate au chaud is excellent. Only 4 stars for atmosphere as frequent cigarette smoke from other diners was off putting/offensive, though it is expected in France.

Sat down here for a cup of afternoon coffee and crepes. Prices are quite high as it is afternoon in the more touristy part of town but it does have a nice view of Notre-Dame which is still under restoration. Coffee is good and the crepe is quite average. Good place to get a scoop of Berthillon ice-cream if the main store is closed.

Always end up here for a glass of wine, reading and enjoying the views. The picture perfect Ile Saint Louis spot. No denying its quite touristy – so I would skip food here, but super worth it for that Parisian cliché cute moment

This is my favorite everyday French cuisine restaurant in Paris. I love getting to sit outside in the shade below the trees and people watch by the seine. I absolutely love the duck confit and come back for it again and again.
