The marina is perfect! Great little store and beautiful atmosphere. Staff are always so pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately a mean neighborhood dog came down to the dock and ran our very gentle lab down and bit her on her hindquarter. Not the Marina owners fault though. But if the owners of this dog see this review… That animal needs to be contained during business hours!

The guy did not give me the correct change two different times he shorted me by over $10 the first time and still wouldn’t give me the correct amount. If you’re going to have someone run a cash register, they should be able to do simple math

I will not be coming back to this Krystals!! Customer service was awful took over 30 min to get the food and there was no line. I only got 12 Krystal’s and 1 small drink. Finally got my food and the meat on the burgers were cold like they weren’t cooked all the way. I asked for a refund and got yelled at and was told they aren’t allowed to give a refund, so when I asked to talk to a manger or someone over them then they decided to give me a refund. They did the process and told me it would be 7-10 days for my money to be on my card and I asked for a receipt of proof of the refund because nothing printed out I got told no by the lady. Then another worker came around and got my card again and ran it and said the other worker didn’t do it right and they still wouldn’t give me a receipt for a refund he told me they couldn’t proved that, so I don’t even think I’ll be even getting my money back. This was the worst customer service, I’ve never been treated like this before at any restaurant/fast food.

We stop here every other month on the way to spring city never had a problem till today outta all days we had the kids with us a we gotta sack full waited almost 30 mins that was ok I guess but finally got the order the burgers wouldn’t done they was still cold as could be grey looking we took em back up there the cashier rolled her eyes and told the girl in the back “gotta another one one complaining “ ! So obviously it’s been a problem but we asked for a refund they took the Krystal threw them in trash and told us they couldn’t do it so we made em call the gm and gm told em to refund it but the girl tried to act like she done it but we watched her mess up on it so we ask for the receipt n of course she couldn’t give it to us cause she didn’t do it we finally got the red headed dude to do it for us, let’s just say we’re not going back there

Never could get counter service.
We walked in, made obvious noise to signal customers were there. We saw some chick near the drive through window with her vape and phone but just couldn’t seem to get her attention. This is just what we’ve come to expect from fast food now. Just as well, I’m sure we would’ve been very disappointed.

Okay, so my wife brings home a $30 bag of 6 Chics and 6 little burgers. The Chics weren’t bad and were cooked at the order, but the Krystal burgers were absolutely horrid! The bread was hard as a rock on the outside, nasty soggie and the exact same color as the pattie on the other inside piece of the bun. The pattie was was rock hard on the edges bc of the warmer it had been placed under for God knows how long. There is no doubt those burgers had been under a warmer for no less than an hour, run through a steamer, set out for a while, and ran through a steamer again. How the heck someone could serve someone that is beyond me. Lucky me, I am the one it gets served to!! I showed it to the 5 people around me and everyone said they wouldn’t eat it either. I tried to eat it bc I paid for it, but after 2 bites, I trashed the 6 burgers! Good luck trying to call the place to complain bc I get a prerecorded answering machine. I live 30 minutes away, so im not going back there just so someone can give me free, fresh food that I should’ve got the first time and/or just not even care. This is the 3rd time I’ve ate there in 3 years and I have had my order messed up badly by this place ALL 3 TIMES! I’m not made of money that I can just throw around only to trash my food or get food poisoning.

The only thing I have nice to say about this Krystal’s is the sweet lady that worked that morning at the counter. She was such a sweetheart. The rest well, they need help. Waited 45 mins for 10 Krystal’s. One person in the back making food and when the lady in the front offered to help the person in the back hollered at her to go away. Like why? She was trying to help you.
