Friendly and courteous service. Pretty weird seeing a toddler on someones shoulder behind the counter . Lots of liability issues there The restaurant was pretty much empty but it took 21.5 minutes to get our togo order. The girl at the counter was very respectful, friendly and courteous. Also they offer military discount. THANK YOU for support our troops. Highly recommending this location. Awesome job.

Went through drive thru, ordered double whopper meal. They would not give the receipt to me even after asking for it. The girl at the second window, might have been in training, guy was speaking loudly and demanding to her saying “tell them thank you”. Got my double whopper and it was not a double whopper. Had jalapeños stacked in it. Called restaurant to notify of mistake just shy of five minutes I hung up the phone as no one will answer the phone.

Went through the drive through, staff was unfriendly except one younger female with long black hair accepted my cash payment. She was sweet and even complimented me. Second window the older lady bagging up food basically shoved my food through my window and letting go before I get a full grip. Not a word said, drive through window slammed. I get home less than 2 minutes up the road, and take a bite and the chicken for the Italian chicken sandwich is RAW. I check the temp it’s at 145 when it should be at 165. Disgusting. So then I call… and call…. And no answer. Take it they’re busy, so I wait, and then call… and call… still no answer.

Picked up an order through doordash. Even got there just in time for pick up time. I watched has they served all the people on drive thru even though I was there before those people. And then watched them pack up the order let it sit there and didn’t acknowledge that I was waiting. Even though I announced I was there to pick up the order after waiting 10 minutes. Unnecessary to have to wait that long. They are disrespectful to those who order through doordash. DON’T ORDER THEM THROUGH DOORDASH!

Not your typical fast food experience. The staff at this location are thoughtful and polite! After a few days of brutal winter weather, the manager offered to reopen their playroom so my toddler could get some wiggles out! Fast service and very kind workers!

Honestly not a big fan of Burger King, and this is the only one in Traverse City I will go to. I know a couple of the people who work here so I may get better service because of that. The best thing about this store is it is right on the TART trail, and a little south of there is Wood Creek with an outdoor playground and seating area with an ice cream parlor that you can walk to. Nice spot in the summer.
