The sushi was so so so good. The quality and craftsmanship of everything we got was amazing. I was suprised to see that they weren’t busy because it was actually amazing but it turns out they just opened! Im already planning our next visit!!!

Checked out KOJO Asian Fusion (in the old Hang Tai spot) and it was so good. The food and service were phenomenal, and the space is really nicely done… elevated but still comfortable.
The sushi chef (pretty sure he’s the owner) was easy to talk to and shared that they’re still perfecting the menu, which honestly made it even more impressive because everything we had was excellent.
Definitely a must-visit.
I’ll be back…a lot so I’ll probably see you there ☺️

I ordered a little of everything! Lobster symphony sushi roll, Kojo lomein, crispy shrimp with a pineapple sauce. My friend got the general gao’s and a few rolls as well. ALL AMAZING. Can’t wait to add this place to my weekly rotation.
PS it was nice to see the old hang tai patrons stroll in and hang out, brought out the old franklin nostalgia.

Came by this weekend during their soft opening with my boyfriend. We were impressed with how fresh their sashimi was. The store was clean and staffs were so kind. Overall had a great experience!

Such an incredible addition to Franklin! We got drinks a few days ago as they opened, and we got dinner tonight, Thursday, and they were extremely slammed! They were understaffed, but service was still lovely, the food was incredible, and the drinks were very well made! Please remember to give this restaurant patience as they navigate the first few months open, but they are lovely individuals who we can clearly tell care about service and guest experience as a top priority. Both of our bartenders tonight shout out to them, are incredible people that remembered us from when we came in a few days ago little things like that have made us loyal return guests! We will be back!

Absolutely loved the Sushi Deluxe at KOJO. Everything was super fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The fish quality was excellent, the rolls were perfectly balanced, and the nigiri just melted in the mouth. Service was attentive without being rushed, and the atmosphere felt modern and relaxed. Easily one of the best sushi spots around will definitely be back.

The bar manager Victoria is the MOST friendly and attentive server. We really enjoyed her & the clean atmosphere. We were told 3 more pages of the menu will be added soon. They give out really cool re usable takeout bags as well
