Service was Prompt, and respectful, very clean inside as well. Most of all the Atmosphere was Phenomenal I love a restaurant that is inspired by faith. The music was so uplifting while sitting inside eating my breakfast buririto combo enjoying my coffee. We put in an order online. We have a large family so we always spend $60-$80. It’s typical we are missing stuff but it’s never a huge deal we just go back up there and get it because we only live about 5 minutes away. Well tonight we did just that. Missing 2 fries and a drink. My oldest daughter was told that they would need all of the food back to check and verify it is missing. The kids are already eating at home waiting on their fries and a drink. Not to mention if we bring it back it would be even colder than it already was. The manager just kept arguing with me on the phone when I called to question her giving my daughter a hard time. I asked if they would have remade the whole order if we had done that as it would have been way to cold. She didn’t have an answer for that and just kept insisting it was in the bag. We spend a lot of money at this Wendy’s. We never make a big deal. I could have just bought more but at this point I’m not spending $10 more on fries and a drink that I already paid for.

Usually the food is fresh and good. I can’t seem to get a fresh Planko Fish sandwich this year from this location. 3 for 3 all dry and chewy. It’s sad because Wendy’s has the best fish sandwich and I’ve waited all year

We order at Evan Way every two weeks. We spend $60 plus on our orders because we have 5 kids. Something is always missing (usually fries) it’s not a big deal. More of an inconvenience to have to turn around and go back. They usually honor it. This time I sent my daughter to go back because we were missing 2 orders if fries and a drink. They refused to give us the rest of our food because we did not bring all of it back for her to dig through. If I would have, I would expect for all of it to be remade. Own up to the mistake and fix it. I have managed in food and beverage over 30 years. I am blown away with this experience. The manager would not give me her name.

So I ordered online, got a baconator, a son of baconator, and a JBC. After 20 minutes waiting I finally got my food and there was 4 sandwiches. Every single one of them did not have cheese, bacon, tomatoes, or mayo. Out of all of them only one actually had bacon and it was like a teaspoon, we couldn’t even eat it because the meat actually smelled like it was sitting around all day, it tasted like it was sitting on a port a potty seat. I went back in the drive through and after another 25 minutes was I able to talk to an employee, I told him that I would be happy just getting a container of bacon and mayo packets and the night would’ve been fine, he went to go get it, then he comes back and tells me that they’re out of both, which they didn’t mention in the first place when I placed my order. Don’t go here at night if you value your money and your time. 1/10

Great location, very clean, fast service and I like the touch screen self-order kiosks, which some Wendy’s don’t have. Also a much nicer and safer place than the one on MLK in Savannah.

I got a fish sandwich that was inedible. It was so hard and dried out. I added a photo of my finger pressing down on the side of the fish, it should have broken off, instead the entire sandwich lifted on the opposite side like it was a seesaw (For context). When I tried to call it just says ‘You have reached a voicemail service’ my fries weren’t fresh either. I waited and the fries were hot so I assumed fresh, my bad. The kids love collecting Wendy’s toys so I will try them again. So far they aren’t winning for me.

Regardless of what others think of Wendy’s fast food restaurants, I happen to love this location! Another favorite haunt of mine sometimes up to 4 times a month! I especially enjoy their breakfast cruisant, as well as the burgers and the fish sandwich which is only offered during Lent…sigh! Wish it was a regular offer! And I recently tried the ranch chicken wrap and was impressed with that alternative too! Also appreciate the staff as they handle the lunch crush rush! Keep up the good work y’all!

Guy at the drive thru wasnt that nice I think he is new and he also messed up my whole order (i think I got someone elses) after making me wait past the drive thru line and they forgot about me but there were 2 nice people that helped me i believe it was kendrick and some lady he always seems to be nice but the other dude doing drive thru needs to learn a thing or two or get another JOB
