It took forever to get our order. When we did finally get it, there was a hair on one of the burgers and two of them were made wrong despite all 4 being ordered the same way. It literally took 7 times to get those same 4 burgers correct and our 3 chiks were still wrong. We didn’t receive a receipt after ordering. It appeared as though everyone was in the back talking and not helping the girl at the counter who was getting confused. Compound this with the women’s restroom not having any toilet paper in either stall and one actually missing its entire door.

Service was trash, Food was trash. Sat outside in my car for 15 mins with no traffic in front of me in the drive thru waiting on 3 Krystal burgers. Got forgotten about and had to park my car and go inside to retrieve my food. Won’t be going back.

Walked in, no service, no employees to be found. Saw employees playing in women’s restroom because drive through girl went to get them. Lot’s of giggling coming from the restroom but no one ever came out to do their job. Gave up and left after another minute or two of waiting. Should’ve just went back, made my own burger and left money on the register. Guess i’ll never eat here again. I would say bad service but i didn’t even get that.

This place was so dirty and the burgers are terrible. Small gray patties that are like two slices of processed cheese sandwich led together. The server was very pleasant though and helpful.
