No major issues during my visit. The younger staff handled their business well, and the food was good. The only downside was that the water dispenser needs to be cleaned—there was noticeable buildup.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I’ll definitely return.

This was my first time at Shake Shack. The place is very white and bright. It reminded me of White Castle back in the day. The taste and quality of the food was outstanding. It really blew me a way, because I was not expecting much. The service was fine except that we were asked to tip them. That is very annoying to me to be asked to tip. I usually do out of the kindness of my own heart, so to be asked did not sit well with me. Next time I won’t just out of spite. Overall the experience was good and I will go back, but it will likely be carryout.

First time in a long time we’ve had Shake Shack but it was a great experience! Great food, very easy to order, clean and spacious inside tables to eat at–really not much more you can ask for!
The Shake Shack experience starts and ends with their world-class smash burgers. We split a classic and the Smoke shack (bacon, cherry peppers instead of lettuce and tomato) both served on pillowy potato buns. The fresh meat and quality of each ingredient makes it a very well put together burger.
The fries were decent but admittedly unremarkable (I will admit neither of us are fans of crinkle cut fries), but the Korean BBQ sauce and spicy powder helps elevate them a bit. The peaches and cream shake is smooth and creamy but a bit on the thin side. The pomegranate lemonade was tart and sweet and added a nice twist to an already delicious original and rounded everything out nicely.
We both agreed that it was a lot better than we expected and would consider coming back on our next dinner and a movie night. Thank you Shake Shack!

This was my first time at this establishment. Heard good things and finally gave it a try. I was not disappointed.
Food is served hot. The milkshakes are THICK!! Lemonades are delicious and not overly sweet or tart but just right.
There was good music playing and several TVs to look at. Seating options are indoor or outdoor. Indoor for my party. The temperature inside was optimal. It wasn’t freezing like most places on a hot day.
Overall, I enjoyed the food and drinks. Would definitely make another stop in sometime in the future.

I have gone to other Shake Shacks multiple times and the time it takes to prepare the order and service is consistently good. However , I would strongly not recommend this Shake Shack based on my recent experience .
Earlier this evening , at 7:17 pm, I ordered a meal for four for pick up. At approximately 730 pm, I asked the status of my order from the employee providing the orders . After being ignored first for approximately thirty seconds , I was acknowledged and told it was not ready yet .
At 7:55 pm, nearly forty minutes after putting in the order , I asked for the status of my order. I finally received my order at that time and the food was already cold . I think my order had been sitting there waiting to be provided to me for some time .
I feel it’s important to provide a review since I noticed multiple families also acknowledging that their orders took more than 30 minutes to be completed .
I also saw at least one error with respect to the wrong shake being provided to another customer . There were also multiple times where there were multiple employees not assisting in providing orders despite how busy it was and despite how many people were working.
When other customers informed the employees that it was taking longer than expected to receive their order , an employee only responded saying they were extremely busy and largely these customers were ignored .
In my opinion and based on this experience, there likely needs to be a complete change in service and how food is provided at this specific shake shack because it is not representative of the franchise and also not appropriate to largely ignore customers and provide suboptimal service.

Really good food. My son loved the milkshake which was chocolate. Asian chicken sandwich was very good. Fries were ok. It was expensive so its once in a great while treat for us.

Second time ever going to Shake Shack and you know what I’m definitely be coming back to this spot more often. Customer service was amazing! Every employee I interacted with was super courteous and helped me enjoy my meal. Are the cheese fries at shake shack always this delicious or was I just super hungry today? It’s like overly heavy and tasted light and delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly and flavorful, almost went back and got another one but the budget wouldn’t have liked that. Great place to end a trip to the mall and will definitely be stopped by more if I’m in the neighborhood!!

Hello Google Family. I have visited the Shake Shack in Ardmore, however, I did not purchase anything. I just looked around. They have another location in Springfield, I have never patronized it. Now I know why. The best thing about this place is the young lady that waited on me and I neglected to get her name. I tried to use the kiosk where you place your order, however there is no option if you wish to pay by cash. There should be in my opinion. I then went to the cashier and asked to order. I had ordered on the kiosk, however since I could not pay by cash, the order disappeared in thin air. They have orders that people had placed online and were waiting to pick up. You give your name and then wait for them to call you. The wait wasn’t too long. What I didn’t like was the appearance of my food. The chicken bites were for Mom and the Avocado bacon burger was for my brother. I disliked that the bacon burger was not placed in a package, like wrapped up, like McDonald’s or Wendy’s or Burger King wraps up their burgers. It was just out. I took pictures of them and I vouched that because of that, I will NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE SHAKE SHACK AGAIN!!!! The food tasted ok, but the appearance of the food, was unappealing!!!! Good night Google Family!!!

This Shake Shack location is clean and run very well. The staff is attentive and professional. The food is always hot, fresh and high quality which we appreciate so much. They know how to cook the burgers perfectly juicy and crispy on the edges! We have never had to wait too long even when it is very busy. I tried the limited time bourbon bacon jam burger today and it was amazing. The crinkle cut fries are my favorite (dip them in shack sauce trust me). Their chicken bites are also out of this world. Shake Shack is the kind of food you’ll crave over and over.
