It’s Krystal’s. A great midnight snack after a concert or night downtown. Everything was hot and hit the spot. We ordered online, we were the only people there, asked to pull to the side to wait for food. Didn’t have to wait too long, but 8 of our burgers were missing and if we didnt remind them, we would have been missing half our order. Waiting for another 8 burgers took a few minutes, so other burgers became soggy. You know how it is, if you don’t eat them right away they get moist and gummy. We took the steps to speed up service and get the fastest freshest food, but we’re stunted by having to wait ten minutes. We will return as everyone was really kind.

I typically only get breakfast and it’s amazing. One of the only places I can find that has grits without it being a sit down restaurant. The people that work there are very sweet very good people but service is a little slow even going through drive-thru make sure you have at least a good 10-15 minutes to wait.

It’s an experience. The food hasn’t changed since I was a teenager and if you’re craving Krystal burgers then nothing else will do. We ordered enough to take home for lunch the next day.
The service was great, super nice lady working at night.
The sodas were flat but we didn’t care.
As for the atmosphere, it was as expected for Krystal and it wouldn’t make any sense any other way.

I typically only get to a Krystal once a year, so I always look forward to it. Got there around 9ish this morning, but I wanted Krystal burgers. There were only 2 ladies running the whole place. I asked if I could order burgers and not breakfast, and she told me that she would have to make everything from scratch. Made my order, 2 Krystals, 2 Krystals with bacon, and 2 chixs. Took about 10-15mins, but it was well worth it. All nice hot and fresh. Super nice people and went beyond to get me what I’ve been looking for and not having an issue! That Manager needs a raise!

Good place, but can’t eat inside after 9:00pm. I go to restaurants to get time away from my roommates. Had to take the food to Anytime Fitness next to IHOP & eat there. I was going there anyway, so no big deal.

I paid about $11 for 3 cheese burgers, a drink and tots it was a pick 5 special they had. As I’m sitting down I hear some lady cutting her finger nails at the table, I look back and yes she was cutting them as nails were flying, gross. Food was hot so that’s a plus. Floors and tables where dirty. I needed to go to the bathroom, toilet had pee on it and they were out of hand towels. I go back to eating and the lady who was cutting her nails at a table in the small lobby was an employee here!! I think I was just kinda blown away for a moment.

I love White Castle. Krystal stands up well. The best part about our visit was the wonderful service. Krystal is a 24-hour restaurant and we got there around 1:30 a.m. The person who helped us at the window was amazing. She was very friendly, and engaging. I would not expect such play wonderful attitude from someone working the graveyard shift. Her attitude and demeanor are absolutely commendable. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
