Went in to order with my fiance. I was ordering was unsure about what I wanted instead of the woman taking my order she is so worried about what my fiance is ordering with another cashier she completely didn’t do my order at all. Now I was really upset because the other cashier which was a male was taking his order. She was so smiley in there conversation I walked out. He ordered what I wanted but the food was not hot and it was awful. Employees of Krystal please be mindful that couples do come in and order. If you are running the windows stay there and let the front cashier do their job.

Good customer service and plenty of options on the menu board. Drive thru is slow but the food is freshly made. The drive thru needs improvement, for it has pot holes and broken up cement. Friendly associate at the pick up window.

Krystal chicks had no Mayo, no pickles, chili cheese fries had tons of cheese and barely any chili, service was a complete hassle. There are only like 5 things on the menu and they act like they have no clue what you’re trying to order half the time. Drinks taste like nozzles have never been cleaned making them taste musty and disgusting. Food quality has gone way down and prices have gone up. Have this location many chances and every one was majorly disappointing. Will never visit again.

Not the greatest area for a 3am stop however the options were very limited after getting in town so we went with it and this was my 1st time ever eating here and it wasn’t to bad however I think the grease was due for a change but overall I ate it all and it filled me up but probably wouldn’t put it on the list for another time or recommend if I didn’t have to. The prices are a little extreme for the size and quantity so it gets pricey real quick especially considering you have to eat @ least 3 of the small burgers and I think I maybe had 5 tots in my order if that

I guess I’m partially to blame here being that it’s midnight and I’m looking for good service and food at this hour but with that being said I’m hungry and I want something to eat and it’s a Krystal a mile down the road, wrong choice on my end customer service wasn’t bad at all but if I’m coming to your establishment to spend money especially late hours could you at least make sure I get what I ordered. Once again I have to take blame because I didn’t check my order before I drove off only to get way home and realize my apple pie not even in the bag and I clearly picked it for one of my options from the pick 6 please Krystal workers make sure the customer get all they pay for that would be nice.

This girl on night shift had a nasty attitude instead of letting the line that was backed up all the way in the road know that they were really busy or something, she told us she wasn’t taking our order if we pulled up to the window, but it sounded like she told us to pull up to the window but when we did she said she wasn’t taking our order she was talking fast and angry like was was irritated by her job, we would’ve pulled off if she would’ve just told us they were busy but she didn’t and she was rude and closed the window on us

The service and food was what you’d expect. We just got 12 burgers to split. Didn’t feel safe sitting in the drive thru so long after being pulled up. It’s not a good area of town.
