Horrible service, Im reaching out to corporate. I just left there and the guy that checked me out was really rude, I didn’t get his name but here is my receipt I will not be returning !!! I was charged for extra steak and I didn’t get extra steak. This is ridiculous if he wasn’t being so rude and slowed down paying attention to what he was doing then it wouldn’t have been a problem! I’ve already reached out to corporate!

Ate lunch here on a Friday. The staff was friendly and ready to serve. The Italian sub was OK. Typical Subway sandwich. Nothing amazing but good. The restaurant was clean. One of the better subways I have been to in a while. Check it out if you’re in the area for lunch.

This Subway used to be a decent place to get sandwiches. Whoever is in charge does not care. Staff is friendly on occasion but do not listen at all, I’ve had multiple sandwiches thrown in the toaster without me asking. They charge you for extra cheese and they give you nothing. Got sandwiches with a buddy and he said it was the worst sandwich he’d ever had, a cold meatball sub. Severe lack of communication that hasn’t changed in the months that this management has been in charge. Not going to this establishment again for sure.

We ordered a footlong (Honey Mustard Bbq). We usually order this one at different locations, but this time we wanted to try here. And the footlong is the worst I have ever experienced, it was so dry and they didn’t add all of the required sauces. I will never order there again. Yuukkkkyy

This Staring Lane location must be under new ownership. Previous experience wasn’t very good. The restaurant was very clean, staffing was super friendly, and the food was fresh and very well prepared. Will definitely pick up a sandwich more often from this location.

I encountered a disappointing experience during my recent visit. When I inquired about the meal of the day, the server provided me with bread that I had not requested and attempted to upsell my sandwich to a footlong size, despite my insistence that I only wanted the meal of the day special. Additionally, the cashier processed my order incorrectly on two separate occasions. Furthermore, the cashier to cough without covering her mouth. I do not intend to return to this location ever again!!!

I haven’t visited this location in years, but went a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been back another 2 times since then! Cleanest Subway I’ve ever seen, friendly staff and the sandwiches look commercial-ready. They are also renovating so everything is nice and new.

I didn’t take a picture. I had an online order about the time I got there my order wasn’t ready. I noticed there was some sort of hood blocking the meats so you can’t see how much they put on your sandwich which it wasn’t much at all. I will not be returning to this location. Not a very friendly environment anymore either.
