I don’t think they allow inside seating anymore, and the chicks are so hard you can’t even bite into them, they call them the new chick but in reality you can’t even eat them, I tried three times, hard every time. Get the double cheese Krystal, it’s the best thing on the menu

Last night I was served 2 raw krystal’s . I actually consumed half of one . I feel sick and I have no appetite for anything. I don’t know what to do . Me and a friend got separate orders . His meat was cooked . I’m thinking they didn’t cook mine just because I politely asked them to try to scrape the onions off . I’m sure they did this on purpose.

I love Krystal but one tiny cheese Krystal for $1.69 and medium drink for $2.69 is OUTRAGEOUS. You can do better if you buy the meal but their fries are not good. We bring them home to the dogs who seem to enjoy them.

I typically don’t eat at Krystal unless it’s an occasional breakfast sunriser. I was famished and was pressed for time so I whipped into Krystal. The lady taking the order was pleasant and professional. I received my food in a timely manner. As I was pulling out of the driveway I checked the bag to ensure that the order was correct. Well, the order was just fine but it was sloppily throw into a container and the food was all scattered and mixed together. Because it was messy, cold and looked like garbage, I didn’t eat it. It would have taken too much of my time to circle back and return the food. Maybe they would have fixed the order, maybe not, but one thing for sure is this review will be read by the public. I won’t be returning but maybe they will get their act together and improve their customer service sills for their paying customers.

I ordered online. I came in early to get my food. To my surprise food was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I asked the person who she said was the supervisor on duty. I asked her if that was my food her response was to put it in the trash. I truly believe that she gave me that food that was sitting on that counter. I will not be going to this Krystal ever. Very slow and not very professional at all. Other people came in and they didn’t even greet them.

I waited 5 minutes for them to take my order in the drive thru. The girl taking my order had a bad attitude. They took 5-8 minutes giving me my food. After paying I realized they scored a 75-C. I will not be returning to this particular Krystal’s. This is the 3 time I’ve encountered these ladies with attitudes in the drive thru. The food was okay but could’ve been made better and not sloppy. Only 3 people were in the drive thru. #ATL031
