I visit this location a lot, and I think it’s time to give them a review. They never disappoint and my food be fresh every time. (Pic probably don’t do justice) the employees had great energy. It was only 2 (females) at the time and they did a phenomenal job getting ppl out. I can’t complain. Thank y’all for the great job you do

I honestly can’t understand why people just can’t communicate with someone by just saying Give Me A Few Minutes. Instead of not saying Anything to you at all. Only to continue to make orders from the drive thru. I noticed 3 people working 1 cook 2 manager 3 cashier. I waited over 30 minutes just to place my order. The manager never said anything towards the young lady whom I noticed was busy doing drivethur traffic. No one was in the store Only myself. I can assure you that this Krystal on Jonesboro Rd in Morrow. I will never visit there again. The service was just ridiculous as well as the manager. I took this very personal because I didn’t even keep the meal. I threw it in the trash .

I’ve always like krystals however this last time eating there was so very nasty my Sunrisers were cold my sausage was very hard and it looked like they pieced my eggs together. I’m sorry but I’ll never go back this ruined it for me.

Horrible customer service I stopped by there to order crystals with no onions and they proceeded to tell me they don’t make crystals with no onions. They’re gonna have to scrape them off after I said OK that’s fine. I ordered another Crystal with no onions and you can hear the manager in the background, complaining talking about all of these crystals with no onions man yeah I will not be going back here ever again.

Wanted something good to eat quick and easy the inside was closed and it wasn’t 6:30 pm when the cashier advised me to use the drive through i didn’t get that being she was outside on a break with a friend it turned me off we left the area and went to a different restaurant it’s not that many Krystals around anymore so we were excited to stop by since we were in the area not a good experience don’t recommend going to that location.

Went to this Krystal after a long night. Wanted something quick. Well that definitely didn’t happen. We ordered a #2, a 12 pk, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. This woman charges us for 2 12pks. They took their time giving us our money back and didn’t even include the tax. At that point it was late and I just really wanted to get back on 75 and go home. But we will never stop here again. Now I understand why they have a 3 rating.

$22.30 for bad food and poor customer service from the morning shift manager. I called to address my concerns about my scrambler bowl no meat and the grits was hard and old. Instead of trying to resolve my issues she hung up in face. I called back and spoke with “Brandon” an associate who has much better customer service than your current shift supervisor does. I will be going back for full refund and nothing else.

Placed my order online for pickup at 12:15. Got there right around that time and the order hadn’t even been started. They had a paper bag with the order on it but it wasn’t being made. Sat there for another 15+ minutes until my order was finally finished. Only had 15 minutes left of my lunch hour to enjoy them. The location always seems understaffed.
