When entering there was not a host to greet you. Once greeted we were out in the “bar”. We requested other seating since bartender was super busy and the constant traffic from the to-go section in the bar area. Once reseated, wait staff was very friendly. He took care of our needs. Problems: dirty silverware, cold food, tomatoes were the ends of the tomatoes (you know, the part we throw away). Management and staff is very young. I really liked our waiter but he can’t possibly run the entire restaurant.

My napkin (cloth) was visably dirty on both sides and my husbands fork was also dirty. We each ordered soup and salad. He said his was good. My pasta e fagoli was missing its pasta. On the plus side, the breadsticks were soft. I expect consistency at a place like Olive Garden. Tonight I didn’t get it. 3 stars may be generous

Great service greeted with a smile from the host Ms P and Kesha was our server. I am usually quick to review bad reviews due to bad service however they were extremely kind and the best service from our server Kesha. She was happy friendly and didn’t mind when I asked for something:). I over heard her say she goes from this job to another job. And yet she still smiles. Give it a try. We can at 12:30pm for lunch and got the salad and soup yummy

The food was good, although it was lacking salt and the broccoli was cooked too long for my taste. I appreciated the flexibility regarding changing the dish.
I had to explicitly ask for the bread stick and it took a while first to be seen, so that could place my request, and then for the bread sticks to arrive. Usually they are brought before the salad arrives, today I received them long after salad and entrée.
Most disappointing though was the welcome when entering. There was none, the guy seemed annoyed.

Food was cooked perfectly and was super good. Our server Jessica was super sweet and checked in frequently for refills. She was very attentative and fun to talk to. If we come back, would definitely love to have her as our server again.

Tonight was not great. There 15 minute was a wait which was fine. Our server was awesome but our food was not hittin this night. Someone near us smelled or maybe it was a dish so I didn’t feel comfortable from the start. We had to send back one of our entrees and drink so not our typical visit, but in all fairness we usually eat here during the day or during lunch time.

Our server was so sweet and had great attitude towards customers including myself. She greeted us immediately and took out drink order. Food was hot and delicious!!! I highly recommend this restaurant
