To the person, hopefully not manager with the red protective hair style. Thank you soooooooo very much for returning my money since you guys took so long preparing two Spicy Chiks, onion rings, and apple pie. I hopped back in drive thru to confirm readiness, and was concerned about if it was cold or not at that point because I was the only one in line at the time. I was told on speaker that it was about to be brought out but it was several people in line at this point. So yes I tried to do you guys a favor by driving around the building a second time. But now getting out my car coming to the window to assist you guys. I tapped once nobody budged. But when I tapped harders of course I got the cook attention.. Again drive thru operator is still attempting to gather my order. But Here You Go, On A Power Trip Returning The Company’s revenue showing more incompetence when you could have had a retention conversation. Ex. Um Mam Excuse Us For The Timing Of Our Service, I understand you are anxious for your food, or in a rush. But try not to knock on the window like that. Give Us A Sec. . That’s what being a manager looks like. It’s not your house homey, It’s Business. But I’m so ecstatic that you gave me the opportunity to get better food, and speedier service with that same $13 bucks.

Krystal’s has really gone down in food quality. The burgers were soggy and not that flavorful. The fries were too salty and cooked too long. I asked for no ice in my drink and it came with ice anyway. No straw either. Waste of money. Done with fast food.

The cashier is really rude and not friendly at all. She was a young black girl with braids! I came through the drive through and my tator tots were cold. So I pulled up and went to the window. I was standing there for a few minutes and when the young lady came I asked her can I get some fresh tots and she said ok and shut the window really quick! That was just so rude! But I can say that the guy who gave me my food was very polite and he apologized for her rude attitude!

They just opened back up and the food is great! The fries are different tho. Same great taste just thicker. Had more but ate most on the ride home lol.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. French fries with imbeded salt don’t as lso need to be salted. Special in orders for burgers were followed.

This Krystal used to be a bit run down, but they have recently remodeled and have really cleaned up the pplace. The food was prepared better than typical Krystal locations and tasted great besides. The staff was very friendly, something uncommon for a lot of fast food places. The remodel was definitely for the better.

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS.
As someone who came to this location multiple times and have been disappointed every visit it is clear that the management here does not care or even the patients that work here have no care in the world for you Or the safety of the food that they are serving.
On my final visit I was in the drive-through for almost 5 minutes waiting for breakfast and no one came to the intercom.
I had to drive around and flag the woman down who was inside she opened the window and explained to me that her system is down I asked her just to be clear what she meant she meant she cannot take any orders. I explained to her that I was at the intercom for almost 5 minutes and all they had to do with answer the intercom.
The short woman who has no hair Gray if anything , explains that she only cooks the food.
I asked for the manager and she immediately closed the window in my face.

We went at 1:26am and the women on the headset kept “huh”ing me and that was extremely rude in my eyes and did not appreciate it what so ever! She got my order wrong twice and forgot my second drink and when I asked for it she “huh” me again like she couldn’t hear me and I know I was speaking loud enough for everyone to hear me. On my receipt it says the host name is Miss and I did not like her customer service she had. Either she needs to be spoke with by a manger about her customer service or not work for a place dealing with customers. She was very disrespectful!!! Something needs to be done about her!!!
