Went at 6:30pm, they were out of chicken pieces, just tenders. I ordered the three piece tenders. Tenders were dry, biscuit was dry and hard. I only got 3 wedges. I guess I just have bad luck.

For some reason they dont like making fresh chicken. Always want to force you to by old fry chicken they have in the warmer for hours. The big boss/manager thats there sometimes in the mornings make sure stuff is fresh but the 2 ladies thats there most of the time does not like making chicken fresh when you ask them to. I dont mind waiting either. The one in irving always make my chicken fresh and crispy every time i order. Not sure why watauga location hate making fresh chicken and always want you to buy old dry chicken they made hours ago. If they make it fresh and keep it fresh every time this would be the best chicken spot in dfw.
