Today, they tried to kill me. I’ve ordered from here before. The service is good when the women are there, but the men are awful, rude and dismissive. Today I placed my usual pickup order, literally the same thing I get every time. But they decided to add onions today. I’m allergic to onions. So I’m about to take a ton of allergy meds and pass out. Not the Saturday I had planned.

Unfortunately this location has turned to garbage. Not open when they are supposed to be. Random guys barely know how to make a sandwich. Came in today for a breakfast sandwich and no one is at the counter.

My boyfriend and I placed an online order for pick up. It was 30$ .. we had the order number and made sure that it went through on our debit card. Upon arriving to the store we explained the situation.. very politely and calmly. Showed both the men that were working (couldn’t understand them as they didn’t speak English very well), all of the proof that we ordered it and we paid for it!! The bigger guy didn’t care at all.. he wouldn’t even make us the order without having to pay for it again!!! Told us to call customer service to get it back!!
We were so hungry we left went to the subway on fourteenth and they got us all hooked up!!!
We will never eat at this subway again as long as that guy is there, terrible customer service skills.

Foods normal subway, but staff didnt speak English, barely understood it as well. Line was long because of it and they messed up my order because of it, but it wasn’t worth the time to try and explain had to leave for work.

Drive through isn’t manned, surly service inside, many ingredients missing or not fresh.

Not sure who is managing this location but they should know that this location is getting a reputation as a ‘never again’ experience.

So just a heads up the new staff or owners will handle money with the same gloves they use to make your food. They will touch all of the veggies, really digging their hands in there with the same gloves they just handled cash and change with. I bet they save a ton of money on plastic gloves though. They don’t appear to be following even basic food handling safety procedures anymore so I would think twice before stopping by this location.

Waiting in the drive thru for them not to answer. Decided to park and go inside. I should have turned around and walked out at the end because he wanted to double charge me for the sub I got which was steak and cheese all because I put almost the same veggies on the whole sub except on 1/2 I got pickles and the other half ban pepper because I was splitting the sub with my brother for lunch and he argued with me about. The subways in this town have no clue what they are doing anymore and they might as well close them all. They are rude and just do what they want. Rather not serve customers. I’d rather give them a negative 5

I do enjoy Subway. PUT UP A SIGN SAYING YOUR DRIVE THRU DOESNT WORK RATHER THEN PISSING PEOPLE OFF! I do think they do a decent job however not recognizing that there are people in your drive-through waiting is a big no-no. Why have the drive-through in the first place? It’s worked great in the past so I don’t know what the problem is they do not recognize that you are there. You could sit there all day and they’re not going to say hello. Place is never that busy they could probably use the extra business so recognizing people are in your drive-through would be a really huge step in the right direction for you guys. They also charge more than the prices on the menu. I got a Black Forest ham footlong and they charged me almost $17
