Don’t let let the fact it’s in a gas station fool you. The mashed potatoes may taste a hair better than kfc but it’s still very similar. It’s probably the same instant mashed potatoes and same powdered gravy. I do like how unlike Popeyes they don’t put Cajun seasoning in the potatoes. I love Cajun seasoning but I don’t want everything I eat seasoned the same. The chicken is great, seasoned perfectly. Even though I like spicy food, it’s not spicy at all but the flavor is there. It’s not too spicy for my girlfriend who can’t handle a mcchicken if there’s too much pepper in one spot. I got a blueberry biscuit and it may have been the best biscuit I’ve had. Normally my biscuit from chicken places are rock hard and dry. Also my girlfriend said the tenders were so good she’s puts the chicken from here right behind chick fil a.

Pretty good chicken, very crispy, not as much flavor as I’d have liked. I got the 2 piece chicken thighs. The butter batter shrimp are very good, but for the price, the portions are pretty small. Pricing is decent. Store appeared to be clean and well maintained.

Chicken is great but customer service is questionable. I work 15 hours a day and deal with customers so when I order a box of chicken it’s not my concern if you have to make more I mean that’s what the chicken is there for correct for me to purchase but if you would rather it sit in the heat lamp instead of someone making a purchase than so be it ♂️..I will just hit the the Krispy chicken off Metzlener rd near Alexis far more friendly and no attitude when making a purchase of 30 dollars or more. The overall experience at the northwood store in general is not great at least a have a nice day or evening would go along way. As a customers I don’t want miserable negative experience I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Drove all the way here for them to say they only have legs and tenders and it’ll be a 40 min wait for a 16pc. 40 minutes. It take 40 minutes to make some chicken at a chicken spot??? I’m so confused. Every time I come here it’s something. 40 minutes??? Wow

I got my Krispy chicken and biscuit combo today. The fried chicken smelled old and the smell from the biscuits was bad. The old oil smell was evident. There were lots of chicken unsold, so might be no rotation of food. However I am scared to eat the oil in the chicken more than the chicken itself. If they could improve the oil and food quality it would be better!

I ordered via Uber eats and my food was super fresh and tasty!!! Arguably the best chicken in Toledo!!! I love their Mac and cheese, fries, and their honey biscuits are super great as well. Highly highly recommend.
