Taylor made my visit to Krispy Kreme genuinely special. She was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Even when I was taking my time deciding, she never rushed me—she treated me with real care and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making people feel comfortable.
Her manager, Cheryl, was just as impressive. She set the tone for great service with her professionalism and positive energy. Together, they created an atmosphere that felt warm, organized, and customer‑focused.
It’s rare to find a team that works this well and treats customers this thoughtfully. Because of Taylor and Cheryl, I’ll absolutely be coming back. They deserve all the recognition for the outstanding service they provide.

I was really excited to use my birthday coupon for three free fresh, hot donuts.
I even timed my visit to catch when they were making fresh ones right in front of me.
But when I asked the staff, the lady at the front said they were out of hot and fresh donuts — even though I saw them being made just moments before! Instead, she gave me cold, old donuts, which was very disappointing.
For a place famous for fresh donuts, this was the worst experience.
I hope they improve their customer service and honesty in the future.

Stopped by with the kids and brought their report cards to get a free doughnut for every “A” they had.
We arrived and they told us come back in an hour as they were about to start making a new batch of doughnuts. We came back and they were just coming out hot and fresh.

I get ice coffee every morning with no problem. Recently someone handed me a black ice coffee with caramel. I told her I never got that before. She proceeds to say they’re fixing it wrong. I told her it clearly says 2% milk added. The next day I went on the inside to show her online. She said oh ok I didn’t know. The next day she said they changed it. I won’t be returning there because they clearly don’t know how to make the right coffee. So disappointed. And the donuts don’t be fresh.

There is a lack of customer service in this place. No greeting or anything. They don’t mind selling you old donuts. I ordered two creme filled donuts. The way the cashier threw them in there, the chocolate icing rubbed off on the ceiling of the bag. The filling was, let’s just say there wasn’t a taste. I won’t be back.

Took my family here because I used to frequent this location when I had a route at the mall nearby. And it did not disappoint. The dounuts were coming fresh off the line. They were a little busy but it’s understandable. The staff was friendly, and actually looked like they didn’t mind being at work. My only complaint would be the parking lot. There’s not enough space for the level of business they get. Almost got hit by someone trying to squeeze in the parking lot. But I’ll be back just as soon as I get a chance.

I went a couple of days ago,when I tell you horrible! This place looks so ran down on the inside. I’m not sure who owns it but I’m sure it’s past due for a remodel. Out of 4 hot light signs only 2 work , and you can smell the restrooms from where you stand to order (1st ) I purchased a dozen of glazed doughnuts that cost $18 and some change, and every last one of them were stuck to the box. (You literally had to tear it from the box.) The taste and texture was completely off. It’s apparent that the staff needs training on the recipe. All I can say is never again! Oh and did I mention that a dozen of glazed doughnuts are now $18 and some change!…. AWFUL! Don’t even waste your precious time and money! It ain’t worth it!

They have fallen off! Today was my first time ever getting stale donuts. I rarely go anyway because the prices for stale bread is astronomical. On top of that, the donuts have gotten smaller. We pay way too much for poor quality treats.
