Ordered a 10 piece boneless wing and 2 other sandwiches. Opened this sad little box when I got home. 8 of the smallest little nuggets I’ve ever seen. Looks more like a kids meal…waste of money. And the sandwich meals were also skimpy and very few fries. For the price we paid for small cold portions , we probably won’t come back here .

I’m only writing this bc my boyfriend and I go here a lot and bring it home to eat. He’ll only eat it with zaxbys honey mustard and we specifically ask for no Zac sauce and only honey mustard but the past few months it’s like they purposely giving us the wrong sauce so after like the 8th time in a row we’ve gone in the past 2 months and we don’t get the write stuff. Again not the type to leave a bad review but EVERY time after 2 months I just feel frustrated for my bf. (Also yes we could ask at the window and he’s done that a couple times but we shouldn’t have to ask at the window if we asked it to me on our order.) I’m sorry this isn’t a hate comment!! But the food is always amazing!! 10/10

All meals were cold, both kiddie meals were missing individual items which means we were missing a whole meal! Wings and things only had one 1 tender and the salad was a sorry example of a meal. Definitely the worst experience ever

Two days ago I ordered wings and things traditional, well done and flats only. I received my order in 5-10 minutes. The food was warm, the wings were not well done and my chicken still had feathers, Please give me what I order. Nothing more and nothing less. My dog enjoyed it.

Today making rude comments to the younger employees. include condescending comments, verbal aggression, spreading rumors, unfair criticism. I live closer to this zaxbys but I have to drive out of my way to the other stores in town because for whatever reason, they manage to get every online order wrong. Once in a blue moon I give this store another try, and the order is somehow still wrong every time.
