Hands down the best Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been too! I truly felt like a valued and appreciated customer. I walk in, and as they’re busy, they offer me a free fresh and hot doughnut for the wait, which was nice as they didn’t have to do that. And then, I had a free three count freebie and they hooked me up with an extra one in the box. made my damn day, I wish you guys were closer like in Waterford lakes lol. I’d be a regular customer!

Krispy Kreme was so clean and the staff was friendly! I’ve never been inside before but I enjoyed seeing the wide variety of the donuts! Definitely recommend. So cool!

Just got an uber eats delivery and YOU totally got my order wrong!! I ordered a snoopy donut and christmas wreath donut and they sent 2 I didn’t want. Those are going in the garbage because Im not a fan of the regular cream filling. Whats crazy is the receipt that was taped on box had correct order so its pure laziness that i didnt get what i ordered. I’m so upset because I really wanted those donuts!

Service is terrible from the management to employees. They give conflicting answers. This location never has hot donuts. The sign is always off. If I wanted a cold donut id go to dunkin. I definitely don’t see how they are still open mightiest well put a dunkin donut here. Other locations outside of orlando always have hot donuts. Ill take my money down the street to Publix, atleast I’ll get a fresh donut and they don’t mind serving the people.

Dozen please!!! And not just glaze jazz up your life you deserve it, times are hard so try the Kreme filled chocolate covered or Kreme filled glaze covered. They even have old fashion donuts that are glazed. Either way if it’s hot and ready take it as a sign. If it’s not hot and ready it’s still a sign….so go and enjoy!!!!

Sat at the drive thru for a few minutes no one even bothered to respond and there were people inside. I parked the car and Krispy Kreme has a sign the store is closed today? Maybe a sign on the drive through would be a good idea if you don’t want to take a second to acknowledge the driver…definitely not bothering to come back because the donuts were for a special occasion.
