My family and I love Korean BBQ and hot pot so much that we’ve basically made it our personal mission to try every spot that pops up. Being a traveling family, we’ve had the chance to enjoy some really great ones around the world. Since moving to Utah, though, it’s been a bit hit or miss… or just too far of a drive.
So when we heard a new spot opened in Layton, we were excited. We purposely waited a few months before going because we know every new restaurant needs a little time to work out the kinks, and we respect that. This weekend we finally had some free time and decided it was time.
We showed up right when they opened on a Sunday and were immediately greeted by the host and a very smiley guy. Little did we know the smiley guy would end up being our waiter — Chris — and he absolutely made our experience.
Chris was incredibly kind and thorough. He asked if we had been there before, and we explained that while we’re not new to Korean BBQ or hot pot, it was our first visit to this restaurant. He walked us through how everything worked, took our drink order, and left us with an order pad and a lot of delicious choices to debate over.
Throughout the meal, Chris was impressively attentive — the kind of attentive where he somehow knew we needed more napkins before we even realized it ourselves. The food came out fresh, the appetizer lineup was fantastic, and everything was constantly stocked and looking great.
We decided to stick with Korean BBQ for this visit and had zero regrets. The staff kept our table clear of empty dishes, and everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.
Chris made our first visit memorable, fun, and exactly the kind of experience that makes you want to come back. Next time we visit, we’ll definitely be asking to sit in Chris’s section… and honestly, you probably should too.

Absolutely the best Hotpot and Korean BBQ place we have ever tried the savory flavors the option to have your very own broth the variety is top notch the enoki mushrooms were so fresh and im pretty sure my kid ate the whole container. We just tried this new restaurant in Layton and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere is super cool, modern, vibrant, and just a really fun place to hang out. It’s definitely a spot Layton needed.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quick. Everything we ordered was solid and made the whole experience even better.
But the highlight of the night was our server, Tajivon. She was amazing, attentive, friendly, and on top of everything. She made sure we were taken care of the entire time and really added to the overall vibe of the night. Service like that makes all the difference.

Super friendly service! The inside looks very cool which made the experience better. The salad bar was great and the soup amazing, but the meat itself wasn’t incredible. I think either there wasn’t enough seasoning for me, or I’m not very good at cooking it myself. My girlfriend, however, loved the fish and lamb! Our server Lina was amazing. Super attentive and knew how to help us along without any struggle. Will definitely come back again!

This place is incredible, try it out before they raise the price since they have a really good value for what they serve. Wow, absolutely incredible taste, amazing experience, really nice server. Angelic was extremely professional and knows what she’s doing. All of the hostess and buses were also very attentive and professional. I’m definitely coming back here again, can’t wait to take my kids here!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much space they ended up getting with this location! There is ample seating and the tables are sized well for how many plates you can end up getting.
The selection of meats and veggies are good; although a little confusing as they have a K-BBQ and a Hotpot version of each selection, but I couldn’t really tell a difference with some slices.
Overall, at least for this review, we had a great experience and will be back again.

My new favorite place! I’ve been going to the one in Taylorsville but this one is so close to my house so I’ve been waiting for it to open and finally went last night! The staff is amazing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by every staff members we walked by. The atmosphere is fun and exciting and makes you excited just to be there. Our server Storm was so great. She was so sweet and always checking in on us and made us laugh the whole time. She definitely made me want to come back! All this to say, I will definitely be a regular here!
