We tried this place today, the Kolache’s are okay, not enough flavor for my taste but the breakfast combo is a good deal. My kids liked the fruit kolache’s but my daughter said it tasted like some kind of pie filling. BUT….. They took an extreme long time (over 45 minutes) then they tried to get us with the waffles…. For $7 and some change they attempted to give us 2 toaster waffles with whipped cream and some not so fresh fruit, needless to say I got a refund for those bootleg waffles (photo attached) and I won’t EVER order those again. Kolache Shake step your waffle game up, you can get waffle makers under $20 and the waffle mix is crazy inexpensive….. Do better ‍♀️ .

Love love the people who run it. We were picking up an order for grub hub and at the window it smells absolutely amazing the guy offered us something to drink while they make the food. They make it right when you get there so it doesn’t get all cold, they make it fresh! He also offered food for us to try because they are closing. They open at 6:30 AM and close at 1PM. Super nice and funny please go here!!!!! Food is delicious!!

I once gave this place a 5-Star Review and while the quality of the food is still great, the service is severely lacking. We were told our visit would be 25 minutes. Our order was completed in 1 hour and when asked about the delay we were informed that “there were other customers they also had to take care of”. I can sympathize with being understaffed, but being lied to and then given an excuse with an attitude is unacceptable. I was told I’ll be receiving a full refund but staff never asked my name or to re-run my card, so I’m not at all confident I’ll receive it. Sadly, this will be my last visit.

This is a simple place to order and take home. Long wait but totally worth it! The bread is fresh and the staff was super friendly. Very good keep going! Thank you for a great breakfast!

I ordered through Grubhub a breakfast kolache which is described as “ Scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, breakfast sausage and cheddar cheese in a home made bread pocket.”

Our new favorite breakfast place. Open late so when I wake up later on the weekend I can actually have breakfast! The kolache are soft, slightly sweet and an absolute delight. The Bronco is my new favorite, I love green chili and it’s delicious! Fast, friendly service and yummy homemade food. The fruit flavors are delish, too

I gave this 1 star only because “zero” is not an option. Having moved here from central Texas I was excited to see the Authentic Texas Sausage and Cheese Kolache on the menu. I wish I’d never seen it. This was the absolute Gawdawfullest excuse for a kolache I have ever experienced. Kolache Shack should be embarrassed to offer this on their menu if that’s the best they can do. It was way overcooked. It was as dry as the desert and hard and crusty. Any cheese had run out the bottom and burned to crisp. The roll was way too coarse and savory for a Kolache. The ratio of sausage to bread was too high. I’m having trouble finding the words to express how bad this was. Please remove this item from your menu. You’re giving this delight a bad name.
