I gave this place another try but really disappointed. Over priced for a bad quality of food & the smaller portions. Raw rolls was mixed with the tempura rolls. Old fish that I can’t consume and ended up throwing it out before I get food poisoning from the bad old fish. It has a smell and the texture was slimy. Wasted money and time for such a bad rolls.

Authentic bulgoki and kimchi. I was almost brought to tears by the flavors it was so good. It reminds me of when I lived in Seoul, Korea. I thought I would have to go back to get something that authentic. I highly recommend this place. Price is $$ out of 5. About mid range. So very worth it.

The food was delicious and the best presentation I’ve experienced in a long time. The wow factor is the attention to detail going above and beyond with the orchids. Our waitress was also top-class. She was funny and friendly as well as patient while I perused the amazing menu. If I’m ever back in Olympia I want to eat here! Also one more thing… The free miso soup appetizer was such a pleasant surprise.

Always love stopping into Koibito!! Very reasonable prices, and staff has always been efficient, friendly, and happy to serve. You can tell the employees are valued and love their jobs. I recommend the Lacey roll! 10/10

I am a BIG sushi lover. I gave a 3rd star for presentation. All of my extended family rave over this place. However, my experience was less than. The menu shows the pick 3 as 24.99. I asked the waitress which items were on the menu and she brought me a list. When I got my bill, 39.99. When I asked why, she said the spider roll wasn’t on the pick 3. I ended up getting 2 teriyaki rolls, and a spider roll. All of which would have cost less individually. We were also charged a 18% gratuity, which I give it to them, this is my error for not acknowledging somewhere that the size of our party would be charged it. However, I did not see a sign nor were we told so I double tipped. The miso was flavorless & sushi was basic. I don’t care to return. Kamakura isn’t as cute inside, but they produce wayyyy better quality. My stepdaughter thought the sweet and sour chicken was good and would order it again.

A straight ahead restaurant experience serving decent sushi and other Asian dishes. Even in Olympia you can do better. The kitchen doesn’t match the generally attentive service or in the dining room. A large selection of sushi rolls where the final product doesn’t quite live up to the ambitious menu.
