We are a neighborhood restaurant located in the Hutchinson,925 E 30th AVE , Koi Ramen & Sushi is a ramen, sushi, yakitori place serving a traditional japanese food. we use authentic and traditional ideas to create our new-style take on ramen & yakitori. additionally, we serve a menu of small, asian influenced dishes. our rotating menu is built around the highest quality, custom-made noodles, responsibly raised meat, fish and eggs, seasonal produce and long-simmered broths. Our yakitori grilled over a charcoal fire, is a Japanese type of skewered meats, seafood or veggie, cooked using step-by-step methods. Our sushi made with fresh seafood and perfect rice!

Love this place! The service was great, and the food was super tasty! It was busy on a weekend night and the workers were working hard to give everyone a good experience. I highly recommended their sushi offerings- the sushi chef clearly puts pride in his craft!

Really good sushi. Not perfect as the rice was a bit mushy (too much water perhaps), however the rice was seasoned well and the tuna and salmon on those rolls tasted very fresh. The Phoenix roll was tasty and was nicely sized. One of the primary reasons we chose this place to eat lunch at was because they have steamed pork buns, however those could have used more sauce on them and less cucumber. The takoyaki was a nice surprise and was delicious. Gyoza was above average.
