I normally don’t like this type of food. This time it was delicious. The only issue wasn’t the food. It was the lack of people they had to work. Even though they didn’t have enough employees the service was still amazing. I ordered the beef with vegetables. I highly recommend. If you are near this restaurant and don’t know where to eat, go to Koi!

As a Chinese native, I’ve to say Koi has the most authentic and scrumptious Asian cuisine

This is a nice restaurant to eat some good Asian food. I liked the dimsums that I ordered and also the lettuce wraps and California rolls. The fried rice in the Main course was really yummy but the noodles just about average. Overall I loved having the food here. It was a nice change from the fried stuff we all had been having everywhere else. The stay at the hotel helped to know of the ok have too otherwise we wouldn’t have known it existed.

Was hoping for some good authentic Chinese food, but definitely not the case. I ordered the duck noodle soup, first of all I don’t understand how you serve a duck still on the bone in a bowl of soup, the duck itself was the best part of the meal , the broth was flavorless and the noodles looked liked a package of ramen noodles and basically that’s what they tasted like. I wanted a steamed lobster with black bean sauce but they wer out of lobster, I ordered the roast pork which was dry and tasted old and reheated, also ordered the fried squid which was chewy

Service was good, but food was not. The general tso chicken was very bland and very disappointing. For the prices they charge it should have been the best Chinese meal of my life, but it was worse than mall Chinese food. They really need to rethink their chef or recipes.

Honestly this would of been a 5 star review but today I went back for the second time from since June 2020 I don’t know if the chef changed or what it was I totallllly disappointed. The first time I went the fried rice an the seafood soup that I had was the best in buffalo area today I went back an I was so excited remind you, the soup was like hot water an some squishy sea food things inside it. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED, I was looking forward to the nice thick seafood soup with egg shrimp etc but didn’t get that an it’s $19! Straight down the drain. Plus $17 for the shrimp fried rice. Really had high hopes.

The tum yum soup was the best. I ordered the Cantonese roast duck which was served with bones but was too oily for my taste.

Sue our waitress was nice, she was working with a nice waiter too from Seattle but forgot his name. The food came out quick. The cashew chicken was too sweet and the rainbow roll was not that good. Sushi came out very cold as it had been pre-rolled and left in the fridge, not hand rolled at the moment. The presentation for the sushi was very poor (like it was placed on a to go box and then placed on a plate last minute). The restaurant might need to pay more their kitchen staff and rethink their menu and its quality. Would not recommend.

Ordered the sui mai and wonton soup to start. They were okay. We also ordered the lettuce wraps and pad thai. We could not eat the chicken in the lettuce wrap, it was not good and The pad thai literally tasted/smelled like cheese! This is all the food we left over. The service was extremely slow and the bill still came to $70! Server took nothing off the bill and we barely ate. Went across the hall to Morries and got a wrap for dinner.
