Nice Asian restaurant in the casino, food and service was great, ambience ok. The only minus point was they charge credit card transaction fees too, even though their food was way too expensive.

“I’ve visited this restaurant many times, and it remains my top choice in Seneca Niagara Buffalo. The beautiful ambiance combined with delicious Chinese and Asian dishes makes for a fantastic dining experience. The crab Rangoon and chicken fried rice are particularly outstanding. Plus, the hospitality is always warm and welcoming. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area!”

$13 gets you 2 pork buns that aren’t bad, but don’t stand out in any way. Buckle up for the same tasting Chinese you’ve had your whole life but at a portion you cannot finish and costs $30-40. I didn’t hate this place. The atmosphere was way closer to fine dining than takeout but if you just care about the food maybe stick with the latter. It’s convenient located near the casino and if you’re staying in the hotel it’s not a horrible option for a special occasion.

Sushi was great, crab ragoons were fair, and the lo mein was bland/ dried out. Waited 20minutes for our drinks each time, our waiter never gave us a fork after offering one. The second drink was not the same as the first, seemed like half the ingredients were missing, couldn’t tell the waiter because he never came back. All food ordered came out randomly and to top it off we asked if the lo mein was coming soon since it was the last thing we were waiting on and then it clearly was left under the hot lights because the plate was scolding and the vegetables had literally dried out. It felt like the waiter hated us, a waitress next to our section had her whole section in and out twice by the time we left. Maybe we were just unlucky with our waiter.

Came for a birthday dinner around 8pm, place wasn’t packed only had a couple of tables filled. Food was average for Chinese food, thought it would be a bit more up scale for the price paid but it was overall just good. Got various dishes like fried rice, noodles, crab Rangoon’s, squid, and kung pao chicken; all were good. Overall for the price paid was expecting more however no issues with food, no issues with service.

I normally don’t like this type of food. This time it was delicious. The only issue wasn’t the food. It was the lack of people they had to work. Even though they didn’t have enough employees the service was still amazing. I ordered the beef with vegetables. I highly recommend. If you are near this restaurant and don’t know where to eat, go to Koi!

As a Chinese native, I’ve to say Koi has the most authentic and scrumptious Asian cuisine
in Niagara area, plus reasonable price.
I highly recommend seaweed salad and crab Rangoon as appetizer. Seafood fried rice is a must-have, I ordered it every time. Cashew Thai chicken is nothing but amazing! The textile of the chicken is beyond description, so smooth that it flows through your tongue like water.
They also have amazing service. Sue is the most adorable waitress

This is a nice restaurant to eat some good Asian food. I liked the dimsums that I ordered and also the lettuce wraps and California rolls. The fried rice in the Main course was really yummy but the noodles just about average. Overall I loved having the food here. It was a nice change from the fried stuff we all had been having everywhere else. The stay at the hotel helped to know of the ok have too otherwise we wouldn’t have known it existed.
Recommend it highly for Asian food in Niagara Falls.
