I grew up in the bakery industry, so I feel that I have some knowledge about baked goods. I ordered a cake from Koehler’s last week and it was really good. I took it to work and all of my co-workers LOVED it. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Went last week and all the donuts, eclaires, and pastries seemed old dry and stale. Donuts were sitting out in an open cabinet uncovered. Will not be going back. Kids didn’t want to eat what I purchased after taking a few bites.

The day before my order was supposed to be ready I got a call from bakery stating they were out of strawberry cake mix for my 3 layer cake I ordered but she could still make strawberry cupcakes (I ordered 6). The following day my mom picked up order brought it to bday party. The cake was decent even though it didn’t have strawberry but they only gave me 2 strawberry cupcakes and to make up for it gave me 6 extra cupcakes.. That would’ve been great if they were any good. The cupcake couldnt were so hard and stale that we couldnt eat them. So most got thrown out except for 7 or 8 I had left. Took the to bakery to tell staff about and they were extremely rude and not helpful. Do not order cupcakes from this place..walmart is better!
