We got seated and served our drinks quickly. The server was friendly and did a great job. The cook was absolutely amazing. His skills entertaining and cooking a delicious meal at the same time were awesome! I got the fillet mignon and shrimp, it was fantastic! Definitely recommend this place to anyone whom wants a expensive but well worth it meal

I’m so upset. My Neice graduated today with her bachelors and we came to Kobe to celebrate. Our reservation was booked at 4:30pm. We are still currently waiting. Horrible service, messed up the entire graduation experience.. I’m so upset and never experienced this type of wait. This is ridiculous. Can’t reach the manager or let we. I’m just over the entire experience.

It was ok but I think a Tuesday night means a little less of the excitement, no volcano onion and it was kind of sloppy service from the chef for the price. For my $150 I expected better service and the same as you usually get with a full house on the weekend. Kind of disappointing but the piece of cheesecake my birthday girl was a nice touch.

Service was fast before 5:00 PM. Waitress was attentive but didn’t hover. Chef was entertaining. Food was copious and delicious. Steak was soft, calamari and shrimp perfectly cooked. They gave my kid a piece of cheesecake for his birthday. Pricey, but you will be taking food home. Fun atmosphere if you’re looking for more than just dinner.

Very good food. I love how they give you noodles and rice at no extra charge. The chef was very generous with Yum Yum sauce which was great. The wait time for a chef was almost 45 minutes which was a little long for lunch time and there were no other grills goingZ the food had a good taste and I would recommend anyone to try this place out.

My husband and I had a terrific meal at Kobe’s, and only outdone by the service by Will, our server. Not only was our evening out special, but Will’s responsive to us accidentally leaving our credit card there was AMAZING. He made sure our card was safe until we could pick it up!!!

Absolutely horrible! I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE. Took family of three plus a kid and had a bill of 170$. Salmon was horrid would have rather eaten a year old tennis shoe. Scallops were absolutely raw… our “chef” was absolutely boring. No interaction with anyone at the table. He made an onion volcano…. WOW…. Not impressed whatsoever…. The sushi was barely adequate…. The thing that was the worst? Tried to connect with the establishment about the completely inadequate service and poor food quality however the website just signs me up for the birthday program… pathetic….. I beg and implore anyone who is thinking about this establishment to reconsider. I’ve spoken to ONE individual from here “John smith” and he referred me to contact the store via email… which leads nowhere other than the birthday sign up… paid in cash and waited forever for server to return 35$ in change… his response? Oh do you want the change??? Ummm you never refilled my family’s drinks, had to beg to order sushi, your attention was horrid and expect a 35$ tip??? Nope?! Have emailed them since and NEVER HEARD A SINGLW THING BACK!!! This place is horrific don’t waste your money. So called the restaurant and was told obi manager was on duty. Asked for owner and told he wasn’t there… all the sudden some Mr Kim popped on the line and didn’t care about any service, food quality or customer satisfaction…… he was busy in the kitchen and hung up…….this place needs to go out of business if they continue to treat customers in this fashion. Mr km needs to follow up and make things right…, I won’t hold my breath..,,, trust me GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Salmon is old…. Scallops are raw…. Chicken was discolored and steak was probably the best….
