The good here is only okay by local Japanese food standards. For my party of 2 we spent over $100 and I am walking away disappointed. The katsu i ordered which allows the cook to really show there stuff in the prep department was dry. The salad was fine the soup too. 5he best thing was the edamama. However the roll I ordered was brought to the table missing half of its ingredients. The server, and other staff where lovely and helpful. However it is the best plumbing wine in town.

Place looks just like every other tapanyaki restaurant. The service was very nice. The food did not go well. The rice was burnt, the scallops were burnt, it looked like he had the temperature set to high. Food was bland as well not seasoned. They do a mixture of rice and noodles, not sure why as they are not complimentary to each other and just contribute to having to much food. For all of that the chef was entertaining, just not good. I probably won’t be back.

Leandro was an amazing wait person ⭐. Sushi was awesome…we sat in the bar ares and we were very impressed with all of the wait staff… It appears there is no dedicated bartender (which didn’t make sense). But the staff all had it under control..

Came with my group of 4 around 5 pm. The place wasn’t too busy. We waited maybe 5 minutes to be seated. Our chief was so fun and the food was so so so tasty! Food quantity was so plentiful as well. My birthday boy even got his slice of cheesecake!

A lot of food for the price. Would have definitely been full off just a kids meal. The food tastes as expected in comparison to other Kobe’s. Everything was fresh and hot. Even after picking up and returning to my hotel. Service was good and the hostess was pleasant. Would return.

We had the BEST experience here. We were celebrating our niece’s 17th birthday. We let our waiter know and he made sure to tell the chef.
Our chef was a total showman! He was funny, entertaining and the food was delicious!! He had us all laughing the entire time! We would go back in a heartbeat to have him again!
The portions were HUGE! And we all took leftovers home!! They even had good options for our vegan family members!
We highly recommend this restaurant and will be sure to come back next time we’re visiting CoMo!

Service was fast before 5:00 PM. Waitress was attentive but didn’t hover. Chef was entertaining. Food was copious and delicious. Steak was soft, calamari and shrimp perfectly cooked. They gave my kid a piece of cheesecake for his birthday. Pricey, but you will be taking food home. Fun atmosphere if you’re looking for more than just dinner.

I have eaten at a lot of hibachi restaurants and always love the food. Kobe was no different. Had the steak and lobster, which was perfection. What differentiated Kobe from most other places was the amount of food you receive. I ate until I was stuffed and still had enough left over for another meal. If you want to enjoy the goodness more than once, I definitely recommend giving it a try.
