I had a very disappointing takeout experience.

I ordered steak (medium) and shrimp hibachi and requested no mushrooms in my vegetables. The steak came well done instead of medium, I was given scallops I did not order, and I received no vegetables at all.

Additionally, the menu states the entrée includes soup and salad, but I was told that these are not included for takeout, while still being charged the same price.

When I called to address the mistakes and asked to speak with a manager, no manager spoke with me. The staff were unhelpful and placed blame on me for not checking the order before leaving.

For the price and reputation of this restaurant, the lack of accuracy and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend takeout from this location!

I’ve been to a lot of these restaurants and one of the things you want is a show. We had a party of 11 and several people who ha e not been to a hibachi restaurant. Our cook was boring, he also did not cook the food in the best order. You either had to wait and let your rice get cold or eat each item by itself. That being said the portions were big. There sauces were just okay. No lunch specials so expect full price at lunch.

The restaurant was pretty crowded. My wait time was about ten mins. I went around 8 p.m. for dinner. There were families.
I did not have a long wait before I was waited on. I ordered a water. Later, I ordered the Salmon Hibachi Entree, and Sake.
I was unhappy with the timing of my meal. It all came out at once without no regards to the temperature. At first, the food tasted alright. I had eaten half of my Hibachi plate and crunched down on something. It had a different flavor than the entire plate. I spit it out immediately, without chewing any longer. To my surprise, it resembled a burnt roach.
I calmly complained. The waiter was nervous but somewhat nice about it. He promised a manager to my table right away.
About five mins later, another colleague approached the table. I will assume he was the manager. He was tall, young, black and had a black button up shirt. He asked how I could be helped. I explained the same story as above. I asked for the check to be refunded. I was charged for Sake drink that I ordered. I paid and left.
I wanted to try a new Japanese Restaurant serving Hibachi an unfortunately, I had a terrible experience.

So I ordered sushi and I got some old probably improperly stored sushi that was so bad the tuna was black. I got it replaced and got black tuna again eventually asked for cooked sushi shrimp tempura which they replaced for me but I should not have to deal with black tuna.

It was an all-around great experience. We were a party of 5. We waited only 5 minutes before being seated. The food was of course fresh and delicious and the servers and service was great! Miguel was our cook and he was superb!

The food is great and big portions so you will get your moneys worth. Besides the food everything else is fair. I caution coming on a cold day as the wind and draft inside the building is horrible. Majority of the people in the restaurant kept their coat and hats on while they ate. The service was poor. Our server brought out the soup and salad before getting our drink orders. After we finally got to order we had to wait at least another 20 mins before the chef came out. The chef Honcho was great! He was the best thing about this dining experience. If you chose to dine here don’t have high expectations other than getting good food.

Kobe’s usually doesn’t disappoint. However, my meal today was not up to the usual standards.The fried rice and vegetables were overcooked but the salmon and noodles were good. Fortunately, the server was awesome. He was attentive and very prompt. I eat at this Kobe’s often and I hope my next visit will be as good as usual.

Great prompt hibachi meal. The chef was a very attentive to our needs. He put on a show and continuously interacted with the guests at the table. Everything was a prepared freshly. He took his time with our meal to make sure he got everything right. He plays a games and put on a show very well. The waitress Make sure she checked on our table regularly. We had plenty of food left over to take with us. The atmosphere was not busy at all It was actually a very calm setting. We were there during lunch hour on a Sunday, and beat the rush before it started. We were there a total of 2 hours at most.

As a treat, I decided to go to ah familiar place… Kobe. We were seated immediately in a lightly lite room with another family. This made me happy as it was a perfect fit for my family and I. , . , . For comfort and security. ‘ .

We waited for a little before the Waitress came to take orders and drinks. This process was simple and quick. / . The waitress seemed annoyed at my change request, which made me uncomfortable. From there I found myself working hard to keep my side of the table clean, waitress was barely around to assist. Then I had to track down the waitress for ah refill, which she seemed annoyed because I interrupted her conversation with ah fellow waitress.
