Horrible customer service! I asked if my order was ready and this girl rolled her eyes, turned her back and mumbled something. Why do you work in the service industry of people get on your nerves? This was in front of a line of customers who all felt uncomfortable and awkward at what she did.

Breakfast at Kneaders is worth it! The omelets and sandwiches are tasty and fresh made, as is the giant French toast. When you order the French toast, which is my go-to, you get 2 huge slices with a side of cream, strawberries, & syrup. You can add a side of protein. Even adding a fountain drink my total bill was still under $10. The restaurant is inviting, and a great place to get breakfast with a friend to start the day. The staff is helpful, the service is efficient and accurate, and the restaurant is clean and inviting. If you go at a high-traffic time, of course your wait will be longer, but Kneaders is the kind of place you go to relax, eat good food, and enjoy time with people.

Wait times in the drive thru can be long. The food is not bad, necessarily, but for the price you expect a little better quality. We do enjoy their freshly baked breads, especially the Asiago bread and the cinnamon sweet bread. Their french toast is also quite good.

Worst experience ever. Waited 1 hour for our food. After 30 minutes we inquire about our food they said they didn’t have a ticket for our order. They looked it up and found it. We were told they would have our food in 5 minutes. We watched the worker walk passed us with what we ordered and take it to someone else. We were told each time we were next. After watching six orders go out and waiting 1 hour with no food and being told we were next We asked for our money back.

Lately I’ve been receiving old food. Pre-made salads. Cookies that have been sitting over the weekend that are hard instead of soft that they usually are. My last order was a salad that had nothing but bad parts in it. And the top was covered up with the good part of lettuce. The tomatoes were old. And the lettuce was red. Onions were soft instead of firm that they are when you cut them at least a day in advance.

Love the breakfast! Great options, from hearty to healthy! Of course you can’t go wrong with the French toast. The oatmeal was tasty as well, the fruit that came with it was nice and fresh! The empolyees are always very friendly and helpful.

Yes the Food is Fantastic, But for as much money as you spend there shouldn’t be nothing hardly on the sandwiches. One slice of ham so thin. Really it was nothing. Crazy.

Waited 20 minutes for my to go order of 4 sandwiches. 50 dollar order. I ordered a turkey bacon avacado and did not get ANY bacon. Ordered a rueben with sub roast beef since they don’t have pastrami anymore. Received a reg roast beef sandwich instead. I didn’t mind waiting but waiting and then my order is jacked up is super annoying and inconvenient especially cus we live 20 mins away. Tried calling the store right when we got home and noticed, and they arent answering the phone.

We ordered two french dips, a panini and 1 cookie. I sat for over 10 minutes parked at the drive through window. After realizing I was short the cookie, I went inside to get it. Once home, the fd had 98% bread and 2% meat. The panini had very little what appeared to be shredded turkey, almost non existent artichoke, two tiny onions, a slight hint of pesto and what may have appeared to be mayo. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We have frequented this Kneaders in the past. However, we have discovered the service and the quality of food has decreased in value and content. Therefore, we agreed as a family, this will be our last visit to Kneaders.
