There night shift is the most laziest people you could ever meet don’t want to work at all I sat in the drive thru at 10:27pm all the employees was outside smoking then after sitting in the drive thru for 3 minutes they looking at me I’m looking at them they tell me they closed krystal close at 12 then on this tonight I pull up around the same time same scenario they all outside drinking and smoking like its the hang out spot I didn’t want the food no more I feel like at this moment this reflection the manager leadership and the manager needs to get fire whoever hired the manager on night shift needs a evaluation of character and leadership and they whole night staff need to be fired because clearly they don’t want to work that’s just a hangout spot for them to smoke, eat for free, and drink y’all losing money I have even order them on door dash and when my dasher got to me he told me somebody need to call corporate on them thats just pathetic krystal please fix it we enjoy your food not your staff

This Krystal is absolutely terrible. I have tried 5 times to order from here to give them the benefit of the doubt. But every time I order here I am left with nothing but no response from the store, every item I ordered is replaced with something else or missing fully. I never receive a refund for the order or anything. And if you talk to the workers they respond with nothing but nonsense and non educated answers. And that’s if they respond I ordered tonight and everything was wrong I called the store over 10 times to no response. Everyone I have interacted with here has been under the influence or simply rude and aggressive. The sheer lack of respect for fixing or making an order right is outlandish. They respond with nothing but ignorance and stupidity. The amount of disrespect from this store is astonishing. I would highly recommend never ordering from here unless you like everything you order being wrong. They deserve less than 1 star.

I ordered the pick 5, with 3 cheese krystals, a chilli cheese pup, and a large diet coke, with an order of junkyard dog tots. It was horrible. The pup hot dog was cold like it was frozen. The 3 cheese krystals had no cheese, they added burnt bacon, smoothed up onions almost a puree, the bread was hard and burnt, but the krystals were also cold. The tots were in tiny pieces broke apart like the stirred them up with the chilli. The only thing ok about this meal was the drink. I was actually scared to eat any of this food.

This is sad. Ebony didn’t fix my shakes right and she didn’t fix them right away. She disappeared until our food was done and didn’t give us our drinks while we was waiting. They didn’t put ranch on the loaded fries. This place is horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just tried to place an order. The drive thru speaker was extremely rude to the point I pulled off. It’s to early in the morning to have a NASTY ATTITUDE. I will not visit this establishment again.

Went over here for a quick bite and to redeem a coupon I clipped from a mailer. It’s within walking distance so I headed over, only to find out that dine-in was closed. The drive-thru was still open though, so I stood in line and waited behind one of the cars.
A minute later, I heard someone shout “Hey! Hey you!” From the left – one of the employees had the door open and I headed over. Kind as it was, she rudely asked “What do you want?” And I explained to her I wanted to redeem the coupon. She took it and my credit card over to the register, but I couldn’t help but feel very unwelcome – as if I was an inconvenience for the crew working there.
I did get my food quickly and it was hot, fresh, and tasty, but I don’t feel comfortable coming back after this experience.

Was excited to see a Krystal. I ordered the number one that has the 4 burgers. The buns were so soggy they stuck to the container. Hardly any mustard on them. Over loaded with onions. And the patties were cold. I went through the drive through.
