If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my closest McDonald’s location and I don’t know if it’s just the night crew but I’ve noticed every time I order here I’m ALWAYS missing an item! I would rather drive 10 minutes to the other location just because they’ve never missed an item. I work at a restaurant and I understand how busy it can get but missing an item all 3 times I’ve gone is crazy. I think this location needs better training.

I had a code for a 99 cent hot coffee. For whatever reason it wasn’t working at the window. Worker at the window couldn’t figure it out and called a manager, manager just said “yea it’s not working nothing I can do”

This location has not been serving frappes over 2 weeks, they claim that machine is not working. I have been in line 3 times for 10 to 15 minutes for them to tell the same bs. The least they can do is place a sign outside letting customers know, before getting in line and waste our time.. Exclusively for the ones trying to get frappes only.
