Best tri-tip sandwich in Utah! Ingredients are super fresh and expertly prepared. French fries are also delicious. Sweet potato fries are good but not my favorite. The homemade lemonades are also delicious! Environment is casual and service is spot on. If you’re in the area, check this place out. Delicious food and very reasonably priced!

It gets really busy around noon. The salad was large and the ingredients fresh. The chicken sandwich was half a breast, pleasantly and lightly seasoned. Excellent fries, perfectly crisp with light salt.

I’m a bleu bacon burger guy and I have to say their bleu bacon burger was the best I’ve ever had. The side salad that came with it was awesome and they’re sweet potato fries were delicious. The atmosphere was really open and clean and the service was great. The food is a little pricey but the quality matches the cost of the food in my opinion. I would definitely come here again.

Extremely hard to find parking! Also it is a loud and busy restaurant during dinner time. Long wait times to order food. The tri-tip steak was really hard to chew, so that was yucky. The mashed potatoes were fine, the broccoli was bad- undercooked and tough to chew.
Sweet potato frys were the best thing I tried! They were very good! The ranch sauce was yucky and watery.
They could use some improvements, but I’d try this place again.

On the pricier side but definitely delicious and worth the splurge. The food had good portion sizes and the drinks (a couple different types of lemonade) were super unique and fun to try. The food came out really fast and the staff was very friendly. Absolutely recommend!

We ordered the pork tenderloin, pesto gnocchi, tacos, trout, fried risotto, and sweet potato fries for dinner. Everything was DELICIOUS! The staffs were super fast to bring our food to us despite it being busy weekend. Everyone was so nice! The atmosphere was chic and super cute! Prices are very reasonable! Love, love this place!

I would say they’re most like a gourmet deli. Salads sandwiches a couple entrées all delicious. It’s a very small menu with some unique items. I had the tri-tip sandwich which was amazing if a little difficult to eat. Tons of fries and they were delicious. They had herbs and salt and they were thicker cut fry. They have the good nugget ice as well. Perfect for crunching. Service was super fast less than a five minute wait.

Tasty! I had the thatcher burger and sweet potato fries. I thought the hamburger was delicious, well cooked, and flavorful. The fries were crispy and salty. I had their peach drink which tasted exactly like peach rings candy and was a really unique drink. Service was really good and our food came out insanely fast. The only negative side of this restaurant is that it’s loud and has uncomfortable seating.
Overall, the food was perfect for lunch and the service was great!

The food was great! I tried the following:
peri peri chicken – was tender/juicy and the rice pilaf was a great companion. I wish there was more peri peri sauce
Grilled Tri-tip – It was cooked to a nice medium (I tend to prefer a little rarer, but it was still well made) and the side of mashed potatoes and broccolini were quite tasty. Although the broccolini could have had some butter or salt on it. Tasted like it was just steamed.
Chicken tacos – probably the weakest dish here, but it was still tasty. I just think this was the least value for money here as you only get two tacos.
Fries – pretty mid tbh. Not very crispy.
I knocked some stars on atmosphere because this place is incredibly crowded. There was a line that almost wrapped around the whole inside of the restaurant. It killed the vibe having people standing in line right next to your table. Surprisingly though, we were still served relatively quickly considering the crowds, so big props to the service here.
Overall, I would recommend this place if you are looking for a nicer meal, but don’t want to go somewhere with a waiter. Just try to avoid peak dinner time as you might have a long wait.

Easy menu with a good amount of options as to not be too overbearing. The staff is friendly and they seem to run efficiently. I would like to state that I believe this establishment deserves more than 3 stars but I have to go based on the food I was given.
I got the Grilled Tri-Tip and my wife got the Tri-Tip Sando. I would say that the sando had more to offer flavor-wise and the ciabatta bun was great, but the tri-tip was overcooked. My grilled tri-tip was also very dry, even with a chimichurri sauce, while having been served over cold mashed potatoes which was disappointing. The veggies were cooked well and the rosemary fries were amazing, but it wasn’t enough to overshadow the main proteins.
Overall, this placed looked a lot better than what I was given. Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe their burgers are better based on other reviews, but unfortunately I’m unlikely to return to order ~$20 entrees if I don’t know if other options will come out any better.
