Even if you just got out of the airport or you’re waiting to go back, or I suppose if you’re just wandering around town… this place is an absolute legend.
It was recommended to me top of the list on places to visit and it did not disappoint.
Has a gift shop of regional delights to bring home for gifts, or even something for visiting friends. Not to mention a pretty great out yard space and plenty of parking.

The food is simple and good, perhaps a bit pricey but the venue is large, clean and pleasant. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty, the salmon was probably the least favorite with Mediterranean salad. I may return to try their meat sandwiches and fresh produce when the stand opens May 21st. I’d recommend this place if you like a clean taste with simple fare.

I have been wanting to stop here for a while, and finally got the chance a few days ago. It was well worth the stop. I had the country ham biscuits and a smoothie, which I can’t remember the name of, but it was the strawberry one with honey Greek yogurt and apple juice. I am very picky about smoothies, and this one was 13/10. The biscuits were also yummy. I also had a bite of my daughter’s turkey sandwich; the turkey was really tasty and high-quality. My son enjoyed the chicken tenders and raved for two days about how good the honey mustard was. He’s the one to win over, being that he hardly likes anything but pizza. The children also enjoyed the peanut butter chocolate smoothie. I did some shopping in-store as well. I ended up with glazed pecans, a lemon blueberry bar, another lemon dessert bar, a snickerdoodle cookie, and a few other things. Every single dessert I tried was to die for. I love anything lemon, and some places don’t add enough lemon to call things lemon; this was no problem with these desserts. They were fabulous. I grabbed a few coastal cocktails I haven’t had the luxury of trying yet. Taste seems to have all of their flavors! The farmers market was closed by the time I made it, but I will be back for those fresh butter beans.

Convenient location with plenty of parking and nice outdoor seating. Lots of options and ability to customize your meals. The line cma be long during high season, so be sure to use their online ordering where you can swoop right in to pick up your order.
Good high quality ingredients. Definitely a place to return to again and again. Also love their summer farm stand with local produce and fruit!

The crab and corn chowder was phenomenal! Taste is a great spot. We love to grab a table outside in the shade and hang. Great wines and beers. Highly recommend.

Wonderful farm to table local food. This location also has some great live music. I love the interior or this building, has some nice upstairs seating for bigger parties. Only downside is a wrap and a smoothie cost me $25. So definitely cant come here hungry again. Everything is really light.

I met one of my old students here for lunch today. My wife was with me so…
Each of us ordered a different sandwich so we could try different options. Each sandwich was outstanding! All of them had ample meat, lettuce, and appropriate vegetables to make the sandwich oh so good. Each sandwich had a different dressing all of which added to the sandwich.
Highly recommend you stop by for a rest and a meal.
There’s also a farmers market near the entrance. Yum factor was 5+

Went to grab a sandwich while I was out running errands. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Ambiance inside was cute. Plenty of seating and parking. I’m sure it’s great in the warmer months with all the outside space. I got the Virginian sandwich and swapped the ciabatta for french bread. It was balanced with a good amount of fillings. Big enough for me to split into two meals. I do wish it had more sauce or seasoning to bump it up a bit which I’d ask for next time. I could tell they were all quality ingredients though. Decently priced for what it was, but leaning to a bit too much given it’s just sandwiches. I thought their drink selection would be bigger – like coffee just because of the type of place it is. I like the selection of foods they sell as is (frozen, shelf stable, refrigerated, and all the drinks.

More a store than a cafe or bistro, VERY heavily merchandise with attractive, tasteful displays, but also VERY noisy, lacking soft surfaces to absorb human traffic & conversation. I believe the outdoor spaces with picnic tables during warm weather make it quite enjoyable and I’ll return then. My Cobb Salad was perfectly wonderful, with all my favorite contents: seasoned chicken breast, diced fresh tomato, hard boiled egg, sliced avocado, seasoned croutons, fresh cooked bacon, gorgonzola cheese, seasoned ranch dressing, spring greens.

We pre-order our Thanksgiving meal and it was perfect. The packaging was beautiful with directions easy to follow. The food was homemade including the pie. The turkey was moist. I couldn’t have made it better myself. It was amazing. I can’t to pre-order for xmas. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of my holiday. It was truly special.
