Wanted to try a new place today and this was close and looked interesting. The place itself is well appointed and clean. The TV was working weird which was a little distracting but overall a decent atmosphere. The waitstaff was very friendly but there may be some language barriers because there were mistakes in our orders. I ordered a salmon avocado handroll and a regular roll was delivered on the same plate with my friend’s sashimi. We explained the issue, she took the plate away and returned with a Salmon handroll once again on the same plate. No biggie I guess. The food came, I had the chicken with snowpeas lunch which included a miso soup, crab puff thing, half roll that I thought the menu said was a half California roll but seemed more like a shrimp tempura, 2 pieces of vegetable tempura and I chose rice rather than lo mein. Food was average at best. The salmon was fine just not great. The chicken with snowpeas was fresh enough just really salty. The tempura vegetables, potato and carrot were totally raw inside. My friend had the Shrimp Egg Foo Yung which she liked overall, good portion but her sauce too was very very salty. We probably won’t be back, wasn’t bad just wasn’t really good. Good value and good portions.

The food portions here are pretty large, it is a great spot to order two or three main meat dishes to share between the table so everyone can have a little bit of each. Aside from a white rice for the table the dinner selections do not come with any additional sides so you’ll need to order all of that seperately.

All of the food was pretty tasty, aside from the chicken & broccoli that one tasted a bit plain to me and I wouldn’t order it again. Service was quick as there wasn’t a ton of people there when we went on a Sunday night. Looking on their website it looks like they have some pretty good lunch combo deals so I will probably stop by sometime to grab one.

Overall, I enjoyed this spot, it was family friendly, and staff were friendly as well.

Kitchen 7 is an amazing Cantonese restaurant that never disappoints. The food is fresh, flavorful, and authentically prepared—just like true Cantonese comfort dishes should be. Every meal tastes like it’s made with care, and the portions are generous.
The staff is friendly and attentive, and the service is always fast. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and perfect for both quick meals and family dinners. Whether you’re craving classic Cantonese dishes, noodles, or something warm and comforting, Kitchen 7 has it all.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for delicious, authentic Cantonese food in the area!

For a great dinner or a fantastic lunch, kitchen 7 in my opinion holds some of the best dishes you could ever ask for. With delicious chicken and beef that’s cook so fresh it makes you come back again and again. Their sushi is full of flavor filled with the best ingredients and brings a mouth watering experience for the greatest taste.

Keep up the good work out there Kitchen 7.

Gotta gift certificate for this place and went here, I’m a big Asian food person so I need some good chow mein/noodles/orange chicken/general tsos and this place did it fantastic. Orange chicken sauce didn’t taste like fish oil and the chicken was breaded but to where it was light but still great crunch. Noodles was super hot can see the steam and almost burned my tongue from it first bite. Will definitely be coming back when I’m wanting some fresh food and wanna try the other menu items.

I’ve been eating sushi for 27 years, so I do know what quality sushi is. Service was okay. I know this is a new place, and the waitresses were trying to make us feel comfortable.

The food was okay. I know everyone has a way of making food and presenting it, so take this review for what it is. They don’t have squid salad, so that was a turn-off. The miso soup just didn’t taste like miso soup. We had Edamame, and that was okay it had small pellets of salt. I ordered the Tempura California roll, which was spicy. I never had it that way, so I didn’t care for the spicy. I usually order simple food when I eat at places that I’ve never have eaten because of they can’t make the simple food the way I’ve tasted, and then I’m not going to order anything complex.

The atmosphere was quiet because I came in at 4 p.m., and there wasn’t anyone in aside from one table of folks.

All in all, i won’t come here again.

Most definitely need to go back and try more of their food. But what we had was delicious! I got the sashimi pate w/ tuna, yellowtail, and salmon. Nice big thick cuts very fresh. Would’ve preferred my salmon cut a little thinner but otherwise good! Egg drop soup was delicious added salt & it was perf. Chicken corn soup was super yummy as well! Arizona roll was very good and fresh!

Authentic restaurant serving a wide variety of dishes. The portions are great and for the price I can’t complain. Had an appetizer, duck, and some sushi rolls that hit the spot. The atmosphere was casual and I was surprised at how spacious it was inside with many tables. You can tell the workers are from a different culture and background so their way of doing things may not be to your expectations that most privileged people are used to. If you can manage that, then this place is worth a visit. I’ll have to return and try other dishes to gauge the flavors here.

It’s been a long struggle since I left the East Coast to fine Chinese food I enjoyed. This place has finally scratched the itch after years of searching. They have all the usual Americanized dishes (their Mongolian Beef is the best in Pboenix-fight me) and upon request, they have a more authentic Chinese menu. There are plenty of big tables so they can accommodate larger groups pretty easily. The service is always polite and helpful. Every time we go in these days there is a large Taiwanese group enjoying, so there must be something to this place.
