Attached to our original, 100 year old building, is our new, 3 level addition. The new building includes our expanded bar, new kitchen, a main dining room with mezzanine seating and a stage, a Belgian inspired basement and a covered outdoor patio. The main dining room has the feel of a steampunk museum featuring sculptures from Jim Smith, paintings and murals by Grant Thornton and blacksmithing from David Ponsler…all friends and local artists. 1.1 million pennies provide the backdrop for the artwork, all hand glued, installed in just over 8,000 labor hours over a 10 month period.

I wish I can give this place more than five stars. We tried it out on a Saturday night and were so pleasantly surprised. Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Our waitress Emma was the best, would highly recommend sitting in her section. And what made the evening even better, we got a tour of this wonderful place by the owner himself. You can tell the passion he has for his business, one of the greatest guys you will ever meet. Can’t wait to go back!

Great atmosphere. Owner is super cool. Staff is friendly. The detail that’s put into the place is awesome to see and hear about. The menu selection is like Cheesecake Factory meets comfort food. It has a lot of great appetizers for just hanging out, munching and talking with friends.

Best time we’ve had in Jax! We’ve lived here for 1.5+ years and we just finally
made it to this gem of a place. Tasia, our bartender, was ON IT! We tried different beers, got a tour of this crazy place (ask for the tour!) and made new friends. We had several beers and the onion petals, which were delicious. Easy laid back atmosphere with great service. We will be back for sure.

Really cool eclectic place lots of unique and funky decor. Food was very good, fish and chips were the best I’ve ever had fluffy light and chunky fish. Lots of menu to choose from. The lumpia and beignes were awesome!

Im actually really impressed by the taste & portion size. We ordered the reuben w/ chili cheese fries, shrimp dip, & kids corn dog meal. The reuben was very tasty but needed a lot more sauce because it was dry but otherwise perfect & filing. Chili cheese fries were served with ranch, which is a first for me but was soooo good. I’d definitely get those again. Shrimp dip w/Tortilla Chips was tasty but not worth $13. Corn dog meal was good, I dont think 1 corn dog & a hand full of fries is worth $9 for a kids meal.

Amazing atmosphere inside, I’ve never somewhere so unique inside. me & hubby were looking for a quick drink & bite last night and came across them. Mozzarella sticks were out of this world, drinks? Dangerous and delicious. I feel like this is a rare find in Jacksonville the vibe of this place is completely unmatched in any other restaurants here. We definitely agreed this was our new Go-To spot. The waitress was super nice & patient with us taking forever to pick items. ITS A DEFINITE GO TO SPOT IF YOU’RE IN JACKSONVILLE LOOKING FOR GOOD FOOD AND A GOOD VIBE!

I had high hopes for this place and they did not disappoint. The atmosphere is so cool, whether you’re eating inside or outside. All of the staff were so friendly and fun! I sat within earshot of the hostess and enjoyed hearing these staff having fun with one another and with what seemed like ‘regular’ customers, seems like you’re part of the family if you ever return. I didn’t have a huge appetite to start with, and that almost made the decisions more difficult as every item on the menu was so delectably described. I chose to sample a snack plate (sliders) and am appetizer (scotch eggs). The sliders had varying meat options, the waitress and kitchen hooked me up and let me split the 4 sliders into 2 with pulled pork and 2 with beef. I think I was halfway into the second slider when my waitress asked if I needed anything to go with them (ketchup, mustard, etc.) And with a mouthful of joy I responded that they were awesome just the way they came out. I had never had scotch eggs before and had been wanting to try them, if you’ve never tried them, I fully recommend them. These being the first I’d ever tried, but again having a somewhat high expectation of the dish – I was very pleased with my decision to try them.
Nothing was “greasy”, everything was balanced – both on my palate and to my taste buddies.
The menu carries enough variety that everyone in your party should be able to find something suitable to their dinning desires – no matter what you’re “in the mood for” (for the most part).
I didn’t sample any adult beverages on this trip, but the seemingly endless list of choices should fill anyone’s cup of tea, or beer, or whatever.
If you’ve been wanting to check this place out – do it. If you’re looking for someplace new – look no further.
Check them out. And don’t thank me… just tip your waitress.

They have an extensive menu, with great food. The chicken bistro panini was delicious with pop of basil that just brought out all the chicken, roasted pepper and mozzarella cheese flavors perfectly. The beer selection will blow your mind! The service is friendly and top notch.
