Here at Kinya we are the home of the Golden Ramen! We pride ourselves on the meaning of our name, GOLD! Gold is fine, pure, and unmatched to any other metal. That is the experience we are giving the customers every-time they eat here at Kinya. We love our authentic Japanese foods and flavors with fun twists.

This place is perfect! The decorations and atmosphere are beautiful, and the ramen is literally even better! The staff was so kind and had great recommendations for what i should get. The food portions are huge, amazing! Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming back.

Went with my mom and dad for my 20th birthday. I got the Pork Gyoza (tasty if I do say so myself:) ), then for the main dish we each all three ordered the same- Miso Soup. You can pick either Pork or Chicken, I was the only one who got Chicken. The broth was amazing! It had shredded Seaweed, Bamboo shoots, Sweet corn, fish cakes, an egg, and of course the ramen noodles! For my dessert I had the ice cream mochi (Yes they were good too, they had Strawberry, Vanilla, and green tea.) overall I loved the experience! If the owner of this business sees this: you’re doing a great job at doing what you’re doing! I hope I can come here again! I wish I could rate it “♾️”. Oh and they have forks for those who can’t use chopsticks or hasn’t gotten the hang of it!

Was not expecting this place to be a part of the Hook and Reel restaurant. The Ramen was fair, I would rate it 5 of 10, 10 being the Best ever. The portions are Big, we couldn’t finish our Bowl.
We Both chose Chicken for our ramen, but it was very dry and tough. Maybe precooked then added to the broth? Plus the boiled egg in the Ramen was ice cold in the middle?
It is a little strange sitting in a Seafood place having Ramen, but the restaurant overall was nice, clean, with 2 sections, 1 for Hook & Reel the other for Kinya. They just sat us on the H&R side. They are Both the Same room. Different Menus. Our service was good as well. Friendly Staff.
We prefer this location over the Taylor store. Always looking for a good Ramen.

Yes it’s in the hook and reel! But trust me it’s so good, the decor is so cute and our server was very nice. I got the KINYA Ramen (never tried ramen before wanted something safe) my friend got the Spicy Pork Ramen and she said it was super flavorable and good consistency noods not over cooked. We got the green tea (try w/ the whip cream) and the strawberry mochi. Oh and the Gyoza was good too! Deffo coming back

Took awhile to be seated, place was empty. Waitress was fantastic. Pork was bad, flavor of it was OK, but tough and as previous reviews said seemed old. Base was decent. Definitely wouldn’t go back here for ramen. Takoyaki was good

This place was great. Some of the dishes they serve are the closest you can get to authentic Japanese in our area. From the food quality/ingredients, to the carry-out packaging it was all very very good. I ordered delivery and it was all still piping hot. Great job. Looking forward to dining again soon.

Just moved here from the Seattle area and have been CRAVING some good Ramen. Saw this shop advertised on Facebook and decided to try it out. Everything was delicious! Pictured are the Kinya ramen and Tonkatsu ramen, with spring rolls and some of the best Takoyaki I’ve had in a restaurant. The broths were very rich and flavorful, all the ingredients were fresh, good sized portions, and the pork cutlets were perfect. It hit the spot.

Atmosphere and service was good.
Brought my mother here to try for her to try Ramen for the first time. My mom ordered their spicy ramen while I had the chintan ramen. We both got it ours with chicken. Broth, noodles and everything else tasted good. The sliced chicken was dry and old. You can tell it wasn’t fresh. It threw the whole bowl off. Got the bowl replaced and the chicken was STILL dry and old. The meat was tough.

Kinya Ramen is in a shared restaurant space with a Cajun seafood restaurant called Hook & Reel. And it makes for an odd but charming experience.
The food was well done and delicious. I had the Kinya Ramen and Takoyaki. Which wad all solidly prepared. The Ramen broth was delightful and delicious. A solid 9 out of 10.
The place was clean and nice, again a bit odd with the restaurant Mashup.
All in all quite the experience

I’m sure I’m not the only one who missed this place because it’s with a Hook N Reel restaurant. Otherwise it’s slightly confusing and easy to miss. Scouring the area for good sushi, ramen etc.
the food was amazing. The open pork bun was delicious, I ended up getting a hard bit in the 2nd bun, seemed like a tough rubbery bit of grissle on the meat. But otherwise not bad. The bowl was also amazing. Pork rice bowl. Tender.
