I hope this review is helpful to future customers and encourages the employees to improve their quality.After a long day at work, I ordered a BLT, Spud, and chips to-go. When I got home and opened my plate, my BLT was completely burnt (see attached photo). I live in a rural area, so I had to drive all the way back to Statesboro to return it.
When I arrived, I greeted an employee and asked for the manager. The employee asked what the issue was, and after I showed her the burnt sandwich, she agreed it was burnt and asked if I wanted a replacement. I declined. When the manager came out, I explained the situation. Her response felt a bit nonchalant, though she did issue a full refund.
I left very frustrated after wasting nearly an hour driving back and forth. I strongly recommend checking your food before leaving the restaurant or consider avoiding this location altogether.

We come her often. Tonight we were very disappointed. I had the chicken ceasar wrap. It had almost no ceasar dressing and a small amount of chicken. LOTS of parmesan cheese. My husband had the hot ham n cheese. Again let’s of cheese. I slice of ham……

The service was on point! Not a long wait for my food either. They also bring the food out to your table. I recommend the peach tea btw.
I DO NOT like mustard whatsoever, but DAYMNN! That grilled chicken sandwich slaps!
The Mac, and cheese tasted delish. Very cheesy, as it should be.
Make sure to ask about the ingredients they put on the sandwiches. They aren’t fully specified on their menu. I didn’t know my sandwich was going to have mustard on it.

Came here on a Friday night, not many people in the restaurant. Ordered a sandwich and the spud max. Left a tip. Sandwich came out great. The spud max came out rotten. The contents in the potato were dark brown and foul tasting. The server was a young man with long brown hair, didn’t catch his name. I told him twice that I tried the spud max (while dining in) and it tasted spoiled. I bring the spud max to the server. He looks me in the eyes and says “ok”, not offering any solution nor concern. Two costumers lost.

First time eating here I ordered the half sandwich and potato combo online. My food was ready on time. I was immediately served when I walked in and the customer service was great. The food was delicious I had a half of a McAlister’s Club and the Spud Max. I’m very picky so everything was made exactly to order! This is a great place for lunch.
