First off I’m not a big fan of Chinese food. My son had this delivered tonight and I was totally surprised on how much I liked it. We had Gen Tso and chicken lo main and it was the best I’ve ever eaten to date (I’m 62, so I’ve eaten my share of this combo) hats off to the cook tonight, I’ll be coming here again in the very near future and we will see if this will be my go to Chinese restaurant in the future?

The rice is more os a whitish color not yellow and its nasty. I ordered a large house fried rice. I threw the whole container away. Not going back.. was out all day w my daughter and wanted friend rice, ribs (made it myself as foodlion has it in sale 6 bucks a slab) and a cherry pepsi. Well KING WOK YOU FLOPPED and nobody like white fried rice. Now I see why you was quick to ask if I wanted sauce.. soy sauce cant save this..

My partner and I absolutely love this food. The location/store front is unassuming but don’t be deterred. The food is flavorful and fresh! We’ve appreciated how relatively un-greasy this food is compared to many other American-style Chinese restaurants we’ve tried. King’s Wok has definitely become our go-to!

Great takeout Chinese food! Large portions at a reasonable price. Love cashew chicken and lake tung-ting shrimp… Large shrimp perfectly cooked. Highly recommend. Closed on Wednesdays

Ordered a large boneless spare rib for $11.85 and I got a few pieces of burnt pork. I drove back to the place and asked for a large, they told me that was a large. Any other Chinese takeout in raliegh would have been at least a quart sized container. At least they returned it for me. The egg rolls we ok.

I do not write reviews much but must write one. I have been to this restaurant before a few years ago and the food was not good. I was hoping it had improved so I ordered the chicken and broccoli combo platter last night. It was awful! The sauce on the chicken hardly had any flavor. The fried rice was the blandest rice I have ever tasted. It was yellow rice with no seasoning at all or veggies mixed in. The egg roll was mediocre. I usually eat most foods but this food I could not eat. I threw it away and will never go back to this restaurant. Imperial Garden on Lead Mine Rd will be the only Chinese restaurant I go to for now on. Their food is amazing there!

My husband and I have ordered food from this restaurant for many years and food has been very good. It’s been several months since we ordered and tonight we were both craving some Chinese cuisine. The General Tso’s chicken our favorite was dry and way overcooked. The Teriyaki chicken sticks had barely any chicken on them. Rice was overcooked and so dry. So disappointed.

I’m not sure what these negative reviews are talking about. I wish I found this hidden gem sooner! I regularly order delivery on DD. Food is always hot, portions are incredible, and the food is AMAZING!!! I even get little handwritten thank you notes or smiley faces on my receipt. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Just ordered from this place today(2/6/22), food was bland, rubbery and the rice was hard. It was very obvious they microwaved my meal and it was a struggle to eat. Sad, because my first visit was pretty okay, guess they’ve degreaded in quality.
