Decent sandwich shop in Gloucester center. Roast beef was pretty bad.. it was well done and cold. Everyone that didn’t get a beef seemed to enjoy their meal. Service was pretty friendly and place had an old school diner vibe

2 days ago ordered lunch for pick up (roast beef dinner) and also a garden salad I could have for dinner. lunch was good but $7.50 garden salad. Didn’t see them put in the dressing…asked..was assured…got home no dressing. Basically minimum lettuce..a couple of cucumber slices, 2 or 3 grape tomatoes..an olive and one pepper slice.

I ordered a roast beef sandwich. I watched the cook rub the bottom of his nose and then pick his ear. Then he started to make my sandwich grabbing a bun with his bare hands with no plastic gloves. Disgusting. This is complete violation of Massachusetts sanitary regulations that requires glove usage for all ready to eat foods. I informed them about this and demanded my money back. They did but didn’t seem to care.
