Don’t think I’ll be back to this place. Cliquey dive bar with stupid rules. Can’t listen to music on the jukebox while football is playing despite having no audio for the game. Tried to buy a drink for an old homeless fellah and they booted him out before he could even sit down. He didn’t even ask me to buy him one. Just wanted to hear his story. LOVE the Den BUT if the new bouncer continues to be AWFUL they’re going to lose business. He’s truly so rude and wants to make everyone feel uncomfortable and judged the second they walk up to the door. My friends and I only come here for karaoke. It’s a blast. The place is a dive, which makes it more fun. It is packed to the 9s on karaoke nights. There are tons of characters too. The bartenders are awesome. The doormen are super nice. I enjoy this bar, no doubt.

Didn’t really get to spend a lot of time here. They have a karaoke night on Fridays I believe (which was the day I went) and I will be returning to embarrass myself eventually. Very generous with shots, asked for a tequila double and I swear on my life they just gave me a glass of tequila lmao, still drank it because I mean…. right?!

This is one of my favorite spots in Salinas. Their karaoke brings in lots of interesting folks. The drinks are fairly priced, the bar tenders are friendly and there’s never any drama.
