Disgusting customer service. Waited over an hour for my food to get my order messed up. I called the restaurant to try to receive the right order, to get told she wanted the wrong rice back (which is honestly fine with me) then hung up the phone on me. I called back and asked to not be hung up on to only get hung up on again, I called back to ask for a refund for my order and got threatened that the owner (who was on the phone) will call the police on me. This is how you take care of your customers? PAYING CUSTOMERS? $52 spent on Chinese food and you couldn’t even give me the correct rice? And when I call back nicely you say ur gonna send rice over and you want the rice you messed up on back? Then proceed to hang up? Absolutely disgusting. It’s 1 thing to be busy and have customers, but to hang up on an already paid customer that is trying to solve an issue YOU created after waiting an absurd amount of time for food? Absolutely disgusting I will never spent my money here again & I most certainly am telling my family and friends to never spend a dime here. There are so many other Chinese places around Hawthorne, with EVEN BETTER tasting food that will Deliever and not give me an attitude or threaten to call the police on me when they accidentally make a mistake. Mistakes happen all the time which is understandable especially when ur busy, but to treat a paying customer like that when you messed up. Disgusting and unethical. What if I was allergic to the vegetables they provided in this rice? That would be a lawsuit! Do better!

I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, and they never disappoint. The food is always cooked to perfection and is always fresh. My favorite is their sesame shrimp. Their egg rolls are always fresh too. I love that their place is always clean. Keep up the great work!

Ordered take out for Memorial Day. The food was really good and the serving sizes were generous. We ordered dumplings and they were enormous! The people at the counter were also really nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a large roast pork with veggies and a small boneless bbq ribs. These two orders went for $32 and change. Very expensive. The main problem wasn’t as much the price as it was the actual food. I’ve never tasted roast pork that salty or of that consistency before. It kind of tasted like the cured ham shank you would buy at the supermarket, but with chinese bbq sauce on top. All was extremely salty, even the bbq ribs that are usually sweet. I was extremely disappointed.

Just picked up dinner from King Wok tonight and was so impressed I’m here to write a review. Everything was delicious, the vegetables were fresh, and the sauces had a nice hint of spice to them. This will definitely be my go-to Chinese takeout place from now on!

Coming from someone that lives in the Bronx , i ordered a substantial order, and first i was happy, pleased and surprised that they accept debit/credit, such a plus. found the pricing to be a little more than what Im used to paying, but I noticed the difference in the quality of the food, worth it, hands down great taste and good ingredients. I can’t even remember the last time I had mushrooms and baby corns in my rice, what about the shrimp? Huge! … This is GOOD Chinese food.

If i could Give no stars i would . My boyfriend had called to place an order for delivery which my family does fairly often . A little girl had answered and was unsure about items on the menu and he had Asked for a specific order and the girl wasn’t fully understanding so i had Taken the phone from my boyfriend and ordered what we wanted . Food came the delivery driver had walked up to the door and had rung then bell which wasn’t working i understand If your waiting for 10-20 minutes not even after 5 minutes of me getting my stuff together to pay him he started slamming his fist on the door . I felt Bad and gave him a good tip . I checked My food and it was incorrect . I called The little girl answered again and didn’t remember our order even though we had called 20 minutes earlier . Passed the phone around a couple times then some lady had told me that i shouldnt Have ordered what i wanted Because it come with vegetables even though i made It a point to say i didnt Want any and gave me a hard time screaming and yelling over me . She ended up hang up on me without even letting me explain . I went In and gave her my food back and get my cash back or have my order remade she slammed the money on the counter and basically said she didn’t wanna deliver to us anymore . I work In the restaurant business. The customers always right ! If this is how they treat their customers then they shouldn’t own a business
