This place really has all in one! First of all Melissa the bar tender, hands down she has her game on lock! Not only was she attending the bar. The tables around the bar. There was also an event and the drink orders were none stop coming. But that didn’t stop Melissa from being attentive to all the locals and other guest. There was not one drink mix she did not know how to mix. The beers on draft was EXTREMELY COLD! I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and I must say it was one of the best phillys I’ve had in a long time!!!!! I highly recommend it. Has the right amount of cheese. The quality of meat was A1 and cooked to perfection!

First time eating at the KOP tavern. We thought I would be a diner but it was more bar. The atmosphere we missing something and we were freezing due to us being seated by the door. Our waitress was nice and the food was good. We might just order to go next time.

Went here for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. The waitress was attentive, giving recommendations and refilling our coffee. The food came out in a timely fashion and was delicious. We tried an omelette, bacon, home fries, eggs, toast and French toast. Home fries were particularly good – just the way I like them, home made and caramelized nicely. Good selection of condiments on each table. Prices were very reasonable. We never felt rushed out, but to be fair it was pretty empty at the time. The owner stopped by to greet us. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice. You can tell they’ve paid a lot of attention to details and quality finishes. Even the bathroom was nice – individual rooms with real doors, slate tile everywhere, Toto toilets, Dyson air blade dryers. Not a typical “diner” vibe, more like a very cool sports bar. Overall, an entirely positive experience and I look forward to trying the rest of their menu.

The bacon cheeseburger was terrific and presentation was nice. I would definitely order it again. Skip the buffalo wings though because you will be surprised how small they actually are – I’ve never seen such small wings ever before. Prices were reasonable.. The service was absolutely terrible. I saw some of the servers really hustling but my experience was bad. My order was taken promptly and my server disappeared for 20 minutes without even giving me a drink. The food took 30 minutes to come out. I would say they were at about 25% capacity. Food was dropped off and my server never came back until I was finished eating about 25 minutes later. I had to ask another server for silverware. My drink ran out half way through my meal and was never refilled until I got my check. I will not be in a hurry to go back. I discussed my lack of service with my server who claimed she was new. With so much riding on repeat business I’m surprised that management doesn’t provide staff better training. Oh, and I don’t know if Management was even on site because I never saw anyone even resembling a manager.

We’ve been waiting to try this place for some time. Our barber in right next door. I always try a simple dish on my first visit and I’m very glad they didn’t disappoint. I had the turkey club and my son had the Italian hoagie. Both were very good. One giveaway when you know a good diner is the turkey club. Some places will use lunch meat turkey. That’s always a bad sign. You know your good when they use real thick sliced turkey. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend.

I ordered the stuffed shells. Not only did my food come out ten minutes later than my family’s it was undercooked. My family was already halfway done when I received my food. I tried to order three different things and they were either out or didn’t have it on their menu. They said they’re updating their menu and this was twice We tried to give them a chance. The portions are small for what they charge. The service was terrible. My food was undercooked obviously by the picture. Had I not cut into my meatballs I would’ve gotten sick.

This diner has soul! It’s still very new (you can still see spots in the bathroom that need a finishing touch), and we did have a very young, very inexperienced server. The front room with the bar smd bakery is very loud when musicians are performing live, but we were able to get a quieter table in the second room. My child got the spaghetti and meatball, which was excellent. I ordered the Monte Christo. The French toast base was really, really good! The dry turkey let it down just a little, but maybe add a small side of raspberry preserves and you’re golden. We got a piece of baklava from the bakery. It was huge and very tasty. This place is definitely going to be a local hotspot. We’ll be back for sure!

The breakfast pizza was fine. The ambiance always stark and cold. The wait staff needs training. We were sat at a dirty table, moved over to the adjacent one and let the hostess know. It took 15 min to be provided coffee and juice. Entire experience was 1hr and 20 min. For one breakfast pizza, 2 coffees and a juice. Many folks that were seated after us were gone before we received our food. Our waitress was young and nice, but very inexperienced and inattentive. No management in site…on a Sunday brunch at a diner. Someone needs to pay attention here or this place will fail.
