The chicken & lamb kebabs, were very nice and juicy. The falafel were moist and not dry. The server and cook were very nice and friendly to us. Their hot tea has great flavors to it steeped in different herbs such as cardamom.

We tried this place while traveling through Charleston based on the reviews. It was very good. Clean and the staff were all friendly. The chicken shawarma was delicious. The hummus was tasty and fresh. The rice was also fresh and had a hint of lemon flavor. Very nice, we will make this a regular stop when traveling in the area.

Authentic Middle Eastern cuisine that tastes great! My favorites are the kafta kabab, (pictured) and the shawarma. I also recommend the lentil soup, hummus, and tabbouleh.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel the need to warn others before ordering delivery. We ordered through the online website because we were told we had to do it this way or through grub hub. Food was supposed to arrive around 12:30 pm. We did not get the food until 1:18 pm. By this point, the food was cold. I ordered the lamb skewer medium rare and it was so tough (unchewable) that I could not eat it. I threw it away. My manager’s fries were cold. The hummus I ordered was the only thing that tasted alright but the pita bread that came with it was also difficult to chew, as if it were old or stale. The online ordering site charged a 5 dollar delivery fee, a convenience fee, and a credit card processing fee. This does not include the tip we paid of 15 percent. The website did not warn us that there would be a credit card processing fee. When I called the restaurant to question the cost, they explained to me that the website did not show the processing fee. The restaurant emailed me a copy of their receipt which noted the additional fee. They did not do anything to help with the service of our cold, inedible, and gross food. I will never spend another penny at this establishment and I highly recommend to take your money elsewhere.

I’ve drove past this place for years and today stopped in for the first time. I love middle eastern food and I was not disappointed! The staff was friendly, our food was fresh and most delicious! My husband had the lamb shawarma and I had the salmon wrap and of course we had hummus. We will definitely go back and highly recommend!

King kabab is consistently excellent. I’ve enjoyed ordering a la carte, family meals, and catering and everything is always delicious. They have the food ready when they say they will, packaged well, and generously portioned.

Very friendly staff. Clean. Food was OK. I ordered no onion In my gyro it had more onions then lamb. Way to expensive for the portions. I mean 15 bucks for something that was no bigger them my hand. Won’t be returning as I feel I spend the same amount of money somewhere else and get way more food…… Lamb wrapped in pita with t sauce would be a gyro. If you want complete honesty I think your ripping people off with your bland food. I know exactly what place I am talking about. KING KABAB. Let me know when you would like for me to teach you how to make food with proper servings. 20 bucks for one GYRO. Insane.

The food was amazing. My wife loved her Chicken Shwarma. And I greatly enjoyed my steak and chicken. And their salad option was delicious. Definitely planning to return.
