We came here before to do a birthday celebration and they had a really good 3 course deal. Well we can meet last week and it was not as good of a deal and had less quality choices especially for seafood. Regardless we did the prime rib which was nice but my partner had a very over done prime rib. The dinner also includes no vegetable which is disappointing as you’re stuck with just mashed potatoes. The dessert is great but the options are limited. You do get a decent cream brûlée.
The atmosphere was lacking as this place is under construction. Very dated location but that’s ok only if the food were better. The views are amazing. Our server was very friendly and attentive so this made up for the experience. Finally my big issue was a missing $25 reward for my birthday. Overall a disappointing experience giving the prices and the missing rewards points.

Fantastic atmosphere with great food and excellent service. The staff are very professional, welcoming, and courteous, making the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The menu is very diverse, offering something for everyone, from fish, chicken, and meat dishes to soups, fresh salads, and shareable plates. They also have an impressive cocktail list with plenty of options to try. Highly recommended.

We come here often and I really want to give this place more stars, but unfortunately they’re fairly inconsistent. It’s not to the point where we’re completely turned off (yet), but they’re starting to get close.
We most recently ate here this past weekend, and service was average considering the prices on the menu. It’s not that our server wasn’t trying, she simply had too much going on. For a Saturday night, her area of the restaurant was huge; way too many tables for just one person. For those reasons I let a lot of stuff slide like when she got my son’s order wrong and when she forgot about our drinks.
The food was above average but not stellar. My pan seared halibut was under seasoned, but the sauce that the seared scallops came with was delicious and abundant, so I just dumped it on my fish and it saved the meal. The lobster bisque was very tasty, and much better than the clam chowder we also ordered. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her crab cakes, and my parents also finished their meals. For a place that specializes in seafood, it’s unfortunate that sometimes they miss the mark.
All in all, we’ll probably give this place another shot, but they’re definitely in the danger zone of falling out of our rotation. It’s a shame because the view of the bay is unmatched!

I’m giving a 5 star review because the place is definitely better than its current rating of 4.3. The dining room is a bit worn but still nice. The food was quite good. Steak and blackened ahi were both excellent as was the lobster bisque. The bread and salad were so so. Prices are not bad relatively speaking so decent value for money.

Very nice place on the water. Bar area doesn’t have the best view of the bay unless you sit outside. Dining room has nice views. Beer was okay..friends beer was a little flat. Food was good but be prepared to pay alot for dinner. The area outside the bar is very nice also. There are places to fish and also some grass areas to sit and relax. Next time we are going to try more seafood.

My husband & I walked over from our hotel for drinks & appetizers, 2 evenings. I had the exotic mojito & he had the 405 Firestone beer. Both were very good.
We ordered the prime rib sliders, artichoke & crab tots, and coconut shrimp. All were delicious.
Service was prompt & friendly. We went during the week for happy hour & sat in the bar.
My only complaint was that the floor was sticky.
Looking forward to returning.

We had a very nice birthday dinner at Kincaid’s. Sun was setting early because it’s January, so we made a 5:30 reservation, and that was such a great move. There were just enough clouds to reflect the setting sun’s pink and blue colors, it was really beautiful, and we stayed outside by the parking lot for almost 20 mintues taking pictures. This location is fantastic. When we got in we were promptly seated (reservations are recommended). Service was great, friendly and attentive. The menu is filled with classic seafood and steak options. Everything sounded yummy. The 3 course meal is $49, which in 2026 seemed like a great deal. A few of us got that and we were able to split the salads and desserts, so it seemed extra worth it. All of the food was good. The ribeye I ordered was just ok. I mean, it was good, but for the price, I expected it to be more tender, it honestly had more of a choice cut which I can cook at home, in my opinion. Again, not bad, but nothing special. The black cod was very good, and my daughter really liked her rock cod fish and chips. The salads and desserts were very nice. Atmosphere and service were definitely worth 5 stars!

Came here hungry for happy hour and dinner – was seated right away then just sat there for 10 minutes while our server kept saying – “Just a minute!” while he did everything else until he finally asked someone else to help us instead. They were great and very attentive.
Drinks were excellent – food was great.
Even the food in the kids menu was perfect. Great view outside of planes landing. Couldn’t stick around for the steaks unfortunately.

I’m giving a good rating only because of our second waiter — he was polite, attentive, and really saved the evening.
I booked an outdoor table with a bay view for my birthday, but we were seated at a random table near the swamp. Then we were moved to another one — the chairs were dirty, the table was filthy, wobbly, and made noise every time it moved. The waitress wiped it while it was shaking, but still seated us there without fixing the problem. She didn’t offer any help, so we ended up putting stones under the legs ourselves to stabilize it. On top of that, she mentioned that if we wanted a tablecloth, we’d have to pay extra — which seems unreasonable when the table isn’t even clean.
We thought about sitting inside instead, and once we did, our new waiter completely changed the experience. Thanks to him and the delicious food, our evening turned out much better.
If you don’t want to provide tablecloths outdoors, at least make sure the tables and chairs are clean and presentable. The impression we got was more like sitting on a park bench than in a restaurant.
